I'm bored to death of cryptic messages from people claiming to have information. The fact is the company are terrible at communicating with shareholders - that needs to improve.

So trying to buy time, answer with vague response and keep shareholders at arms length...that's how I read it. Not a lot we can do but hope.

Does it matter who was right or wrong - who said what, who has been told what....not really. Look at the RNS. Then look at the company BOD. Terrible management and communication (or lack of) with shareholders. I recall another share that 'leaked' info down the wrong channels and it went horribly wrong for them, I think we all know that one. I'm not sure what the timescales are. I am close to totally writing this off and a deal gone bad. I live in hope that the investor who forked out £200k for Nurformix to run actually had good intel and good reason to make the investment, other than a load of guarantees.

Maybe one of these are the problems. I think it is. Lack of skill from the BOD. Absolutely incredible that they get away with stating 'advance stage' over 8 months ago and still no news and no response to any emails over that period. Unprofessional. Poor management. The FCA may consider that a new applicant does not have representative historical financial information and that its equity shares are not eligible for a premium listing if a significant part or all of the new applicant's business has one or more of the following characteristics: (1) a business strategy that places significant emphasis on the development or marketing of products or services which have not formed a significant part of the new applicant's historical financial information; (2) the value of the business on admission will be determined, to a significant degree, by reference to future developments rather than past performance; (3) the relationship between the value of the business and its revenue or profit-earning record is significantly different from those of similar companies in the same sector; (4) there is no record of consistent revenue, cash flow or profit growth throughout the period of the historical financial information; (5) the new applicant's business has undergone a significant change in its scale of operations during the period of the historical financial information or is due to do so before or after admission; (6) it has significant levels of research and development expenditure or significant levels of capital expenditure.

It's a joke TBH. I'd be as angry as you are Wress if you've been verbally told something by them and then they do not deliver - yet again.

How long between receiving info/prospectus and being relisted as per RTO?

I expected one in Q1 2017, seen as we were so advanced! lol. Holding my breath...

I don't doubt you, I just fail to trust any RNS related timescales from a company who have released two promising RNS that they've failed to back up with actions. Just over 2.5 wks would indeed be today as Tuesday is a clear 3 week window. Maybe worth you speaking to your contact for further clarity if they can give any. We're all in this together, nothing to be gained from falsifying info so I do believe what you've said - I just wonder about the validity of the contact.

Let's hope the destination is better than the journey.
