Hi Candybelle - I have most of my holding in here and MYSQ plus a chunk in LVRT (which will boom on relist) adn also CICC/CICG (delsited) plus a small amount in CTAG (bottom drawer). My focus is on MYSQ/PERE at the moment and LVRT once relisted. Will take a look back at KOD and starting to review a few others now too.

Can't be long now Mr Chow. I keep getting tempted to dive out here and into MYSQ for a day or two then back here but just cannot bring myself to do it. Not sure exactly when news will pop up here and when it does I'm expecting fireworks!

Nice post Abman. I'm hoping for a mixture of sales and licencing. Would be great to bag a sale off then licence the rest. As frustrating as it is not being listed it's just the excitement of it all unfolding that makes it harder to wait for. Got two at hte moment that are doing pretty well today, hopefully they'll rocket in time to bring a top up over here.

I'm thinking 10p plus to be completely honest, before a small derisk. It has such long legs and the speed at which tech returns can be generated is frightening.

Quite like the bumps in the ride, we're in for a hell of a rerate I think. I just shifted my whole KOD investment to MYSQ, also about to fire on all guns. If MYSQ and PERE can go off at the same time that would just be superb please! :-)

I agree Andy. It's just not on really. That pre-Christmas RNS was released when most people were knocking off for the festive break too so t almost felt like they were trying to get a last RNS out before releasing a prospectus in the New Year. Anyway, we're still sat on a good thing here even if it is all taking a little longer than hoped for. Maybe we have a buyer lined up so we can RTO then get bought out for many multiples. Wishful thinking.

Could this also mean the deal may have fallen through? If Nufo are releasing news surely we'd be aware of the RTO details prior to this. Just a question that's all, hopeful we're close to relisting with the mammoth patent opportunity.

Every time I read the below it makes me instantly angry at how unprofessional they're being! Further to the announcement dated 16 September 2016 relating to the possible acquisition of Nuformix Limited, the Company can confirm that the Acquisition is at an advanced stage, subject to the completion of documentation and compliance with all regulatory requirements. The Company intends to convene a General Meeting in order to seek the shareholder approvals necessary to pursue this opportunity, following publication of the prospectus. Further announcements to shareholders will be made in due course.

That wouldn't prevent them releasing a prospectus though, or arranging a meeting date.

...and now it's Tuesday. Still no news. I know it's grasping at straws but hoping it's something to do with the financial year. That said, issuing a prospectus and GM date is so straight forwards. It doesn't take over three months following an advanced stage. Losing confidence very quickly now. Something isn't right here otherwise we'd have been updated. Also hoping perhaps TR has just been incredibly busy with the flop that he's not had chance to get his signature on things over here.
