I asked AI how long due diligence would take on finance of this amount for a junior miner, and it came back with 8-16 weeks, quicker if the offtake has already been agreed. So it could happen quickly, but it could also be months away.

The offtaker will be some Micky Mouse operation who is struggling to raise the funds themselves. If it was anyone significant it would have been done by now.

Charlie - An RNS saying, "things are really great here," might be seen as a bit vague.

Also, in my experience, an RNS that doesn't really say anything tends to send a share price south. Same with one which regurgitates old news.

I'm pleased to hear this positive update, but I really want to know is why it's taking the bean counters so long to do their due diligence.

Full finance is already priced in. The only thing that will make a difference to this crock is genuine progress in building a mine, and that's absent.

In addition the chairman gives the impression that he has difficulty standing up and talking at the same time.
