He's director of Kamino Minerals Ltd

He's also director of two other companies.

None of the three companies has any filing history.

Mr Burt has also been director of 37 other companies, which he's resigned from or the company has been dissolved.

Doesn't necessarily mean anything is amiss, but some of the dodgiest characters in corporate life have left similar trails.

Who is he?

There is two months money left and no revenue. That puts the company in a desperate and vulnerable situation.
