Complaint
Thank you C2H50H about directing my complaint to LSE.
I have contacted TNT via our contact page. I will give them a week to respond as I have made an official complaint to TNT about the contents of the RNS issued on 30.03.23.
It may seem trivial to Kong1 and SteamyWee that I am questioning the price a Director paid for a substantial number of shares but what concerns me is that we all utilise whatever information is available and I would be more concerned if it was not a typo error in the RNS than London Stock Exchange were not publishing the actual prices paid by Investors.
RKB
PS SteamyWee I think you know why your Post was removed, why don’t you just call me, you have my number.
Kong, I will not be posting much on “your B.B”
I see that most of the earlier posts were removed, did you not like them? Did they not fit your Agenda.
I await a corrective RNS on our Director Share Purchase and then leave you to dance with Steamyweeeee.

Contract Note & Due Diligence
An RNS was issued on 24th August 2022: “Notice of Reconvening of AGM & Supplementary Note”.
The Supplementary Note concluded with:
“Abdul Sajid, the Company's Chief Financial Officer said 'Whilst these variances were typos that had no impact on the financial aspects of the report, our strategy is one of complete diligence in all matters and as such we spent a considerable amount of time with our auditors ensuring that this was dealt with in a conclusive manner. It may well be that this is overkill for a couple of typos, but I want to ensure under my watch that the market has total clarity in our reporting however small the matter might be or appear to be."
When I began my research into TNT, I incorrectly assumed that they would continue to have “total clarity” this appears to me to be incorrect.
I am a shareholder, but I have paused building what I hope to be a substantial shareholding until I have “clarity” on the recent Director Share Purchase (RNS 30th March 2023)
I called & emailed TNT, PR, Nomad / Broker a month ago and sent further emails last Friday. I was led to believe that they would be seeking copies of the Contract Notes to check what price was actually paid (I disagree with what was stated in the RNS) They said this would take a few days.
On Friday afternoon, I will make a formal complaint to the FCA because I believe that the information issued in the RNS is incorrect (London Stock Exchange have confirmed that the data that they published at end-of-day was correct)

You also haven’t got a clue.
I have said that I no longer invest in AIM but we are allowed to change our minds when something extraordinary comes along.
Tintra Plc, should not be on AIM but currently they are.
Point out to me one AIM share that has had a fundraising like our Funding Round 1 where we issued a total of 762,661 shares at £5.04 ($5,250,000) or £3,843,811
Before Funding Round 1 there were 14,366,008 shares in issue.
We issued 762,661 additional shares or 5.31% more shares at a premium to the price at the Funding Round.
I do not believe you will find any other AIM with the ability or the BoD to raise funds with insignificant dilution to existing shareholders.
Maybe you are incapable of changing your Investment Criteria when you have discovered a Company that has a goal of being in excess of a $1 billion Company.
I am not here to disrupt, but if you want me to refrain from Posting just let me know.

PS Good to see our contact icon is functioning, maybe use it for your Research.
You haven’t a clue.
I pity your stockbroking clients.
The share price does not concern me as I have a minimum of 5 years horizon and most likely 10 years.
I doubt you will be around that long.
Continue to post your words of wisdom, I am sure many are always waiting to see what you say.

Dividend Yield 16%
Today we have confirmation of our quarterly dividend of 1.75p
If you can buy (still not available on HL) then at today’s share-price of £0.44 that is a yield of 16%.

PS It pays to do in-depth research.

Don’t recall what you Posted so obviously irrelevant.
If any Poster uses profanity, I am confident their Post will be removed by admin.
I see someone has updated Tintra Trust to 23.1% and I think it beyond their IT capabilities to fix the contact Icon.
RKB
Alloa, you must have been an excellent Stockbroker and you will have many satisfied clients over the years. You appear to be upset. Maybe contact SteamyWee and go for a drink.
Obviously, you are under water (maybe SteamyWee’s water) do not be too upset, your investment will recover.
I doubt TNT will update their contact icon by looking at our B.B.
RKB
PS It appears the wee that was posted at 1:12am has evaporated.
Concert Party
I am not in a “concert party”.
I do not know if any of my friends have bought any TNT, but if they do it is their business as is how many shares I have.
I am aware of the TR1 thresholds that must be disclosed.
I am not trying to cause disruption to TNT or our B.B.
What irritates me is that if any potential shareholder wanted to contact the BoD or the Company, there is no means to do so, probably because there has been an oversight and a switch has not been set. I am confident that they will rectify it once they are made aware of it.
Our Nomad / Broker are not as professional as I would prefer them to be, I will hopefully converse with them during the week.
Director Share-Purchase: I can only compare what was in the RNS and what was disclosed on the Main London Stock Exchange Website and there is a discrepancy. I do not believe the error lies with LSE. All I am trying to achieve is accurate information.
AIM Rule 26: If the contact icon had been working then I could have made a quick call or sent an email letting them know of a potential “human error” on the Major Shareholders List.
For the Record: Tintra Trust currently have 23.1% not 24.1% Even although the Major Shareholders were updated again last Thursday (with Dr Joe Lyske 47,207 purchase) they failed to amend Tintra Trust’s percentage.

PS SteamyWee your Nom De Plume says it all.

Good Morning Aidan31
If you are on Twitter, send me a DM.
Alloa, what many BoD’s forget is that the owners of a PLC are the shareholders, and it is the shareholders who have to hold them to account.
If any potential shareholder is researching a Company and they look at their website, they should be able to see contact details.
It could be a simple technical error as to why the contact details are not functioning, but as we are involved in (well you know what we are involved in as you have done your research) then it should be easy to rectify.
As for our PR communications, they need despatched, and I will see to that.
As for our Nomad & Broker, I will deal with them on Monday. Maybe we will see them replaced.
RKB
PS I will not be online today as I have some Pro Bono work to do for a couple who can’t afford the services of expensive solicitors.
Yes I am a shareholder, been buying in the past few weeks.
I have only shared my in-depth Research with 3 friends.
I don’t know if they have bought but after they have read my 50+ hours of analysis they probably will.
I only share my research with friends that I have first spoken to on the phone and WhatsApp.
I am not hard to find and TNT BoD may want to look at the old CLP RNS in 2017 I think where I had over 25% of the votes to defeat a Special Resolution.
CLP morphed into another Company.
RKB
PS I am posting on my iPhone so apologies if there are any grammatical errors.
Good afternoon Tank
I will have plenty of things to Post but will only post after I have spoken to TNT.
Still waiting on a callback from Nomad (almost 4 hours ago)
Still waiting on a callback from PR (almost 2 hours)
Still waiting on response to my emails from yesterday.
If you have done proper Research, you will know the total of all CLN’s, Options / Warrants.
So you will know the MAXIMUM Number of shares that will be issued (assuming that no more funds will be drawn down from the agreement that is in place)
RKB
Nomad
I contacted our Nomad this morning to inform them that the AIM Rule 26 that was updated yesterday is still incorrect.
I am awaiting a call-back to discuss our Website and lack of contact details and my concern about the price paid yesterday by Dr Joe Lyske.
For the Record:
I have analysed all RNS’s from 2019 to yesterday including our recent Annual Accounts.
I have an Up-to-date list of all shares issued by TNT.
I have lists of all Options pending.
I have more information thnt most on the true list of shareholders.
I have a timeframe of 5 years for our Company to execute their plan.
RKB
PS Good Morning Swervington. I record all TNT share transactions and yesterday there were 4 Trades on Aquis but LSE South East did not display them. I no longer invest in AIM Companies, but TNT is not going to be on AIM for too long. You can’t have a $1 billion Company on AIM so expect news next year about moving over (maybe they will exit LSE totally)
Your purchase is showing on AQUIS.
RKB
I can confirm it is a buy.
RKB
Director Share Purchase
Dr Joe Lyske bought all his shares yesterday.
The information contained in the RNS is inaccurate.
29th March 2023 16:00 Paid £1.05 18,571 not £1.067
29th March 2023 14:02 Paid £1.05 13,636 not £1.067
29th March 2023 10:53 Paid £1.05 15,000 not £1.067
You may think this “error” on the price our Director paid is irrelevant, but you will recall what our CEO Richard Shearer said about being compliant.
Using the figures in the RNS the total paid would have been a difference of about £802.52. I do not believe this is accounted for in transaction fees.
Hopefully a replacement RNS will be issued.
RKB
PS If the “Contact” Icon was functioning, I would not have had to post this “error” on our Bulletin Board. They could have replied to my email, tweet or called me. Not impressed.
