My Thoughts: Warrants / Options
There are a number of Warrants and Options that will be exercised by the 19th of July 2026.
You will recall Nick purchased 8.7 million Warrants from an investor(s) @ £0.01p for £86,831. I have an idea from whom they were purchased but that is irrelevant because what is pertinent is that Nick paid £86,831 and now must have our share price move North if he is not to incur a capital loss.
On the Batch of Warrants that Nick will (and he will) exercise by the 19th of July 2026 he must pay the Company £79,117 as they are exercisable @ £0.06p.
From the Annual Report 2025 Page: 41 both Nick & Eric have Warrants each of 416,666 @ £0.06p and the last day they can be exercised is 19th of July 2026
This will cost Eric £25,000 and Nick £25,000 making Nick’s total now £104,117 (£25,000 + £79,117) all by 19th of July 2026.
On the day 18th July 2024 that Nick & Eric received their £0.06p Warrants in total there were 14,407,803 Warrants issued with an exercise date of 19th of July 2026, so there would be 13,574,471 Warrants (14,407,803 – 416,666, - 416,666) which would be £814,468 @ £0.06p
With Nick & Erics £104,117 + £25,000 + £814,468 that is £943,585 that would be generated if all these Warrants were exercised by 19th of July 2026.
There were 500,000 Broker Warrants is on 10th October 2024 exercisable within 2 years at £0.03p which would generate an addition £15,000.
Assuming that our Share Price is North of £0.06p then we will receive from Warrants about £960,000.
There will be additional funds generated from the Loan notes see later Post.
