I have no idea when our share price will truly reflect the potential of our true worth.

There are not many shares available as they are tightly held by LTH.

What new investors may find interesting is the Share Options (RNS 11/09/23) where the Options exercisable at 4p in batches when the share price reaches 8p 16p 32p & 40p.

This gives me confidence that all Options will be exercised.

I have spoken to Callum on numerous occasions, and he has always had a clear vision of what had to be achieved to put Chill Brands Plc on a sound financial footing and then expand. This is being achieved as we Post.

One of the big Tobacco Companies is announcing their Annual Results tomorrow and I will be looking at what they have to say about the “Vaping Opposition” as we are their competitor, and I am sure they are aware they know who we are.

I will stick my neck out and say that the MM will let the QBT share-price find its true position, why? Because when QBT began talking to all the large BTC Miners in North America, they (the Large Miners) would look at how our current share-price does not compute with what they are seeing in their “testing” their “live testing”.

If Bank of New York only took the Placing, then they would be on at 10.33%

Operational Update

Only one month after our half-year end Voyager has issued an Operational Update.

Revenue for H1 2023 expected to be over £165,000 (£135,000 in the corresponding period last year)

Gross margin expected to be approximately 43 per cent. for the half year (44 per cent. in the year ended 31 March 2023)

Application underway for ISO 22716:2007 accreditation, the international standard for the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for cosmetics.

Approval to manufacture food supplements.

Two orders from key customer Jollyes since commencing supply to their stores in June 2023.

One of the UK's best known retailers has confirmed that it will soon stock Voyager products.

Jack Dorsey & Bitcoin Mining

With Jack Dorsey’s Block Company buying-up Intel Chips this opens a potential collaboration with Quantum Blockchain Technologies Plc.

“Jack Dorsey's fintech-payments company Block (SQ) recently bought a large number of bitcoin (BTC) mining chips from Intel (INTC), which will accelerate its plans to enter the mining hardware market just as the chipmaker winds down production.”

“The purchase will help it bring mining machines to the market as it focuses on developing its cutting-edge 3-nanometer chips. Intel announced in February a last date for the production of its bitcoin mining application-specific integrated circuits (ASIC) in April 2024 as it discontinues the chip.”

“Block recently jumped on the opportunity to buy a large quantity of these ASICs from Intel, it said in a Friday blog post. The firm was planning on finalizing its design of a 5-nanometer chip for bitcoin mining this quarter and build machines based on that. The purchase means that the team can focus exclusively on the 3-nanometer design, the post said.”

I find it interesting that our share-price spike a little this week and you have to ask just one question:

Would Jack Dorsey be aware of QBT’s Methods A & B and if you agree that FG and or Vladimir (Vlad) Kusznirczuk our Marketing & Business Manager have been talking to Jack Dorsey, would Block want a Business Relationship with QBT?

Beekeeping & Investing in Shares

Part 3

Interesting day yesterday.

Volume 91.621 million

Volume from 1/02/23 to yesterday was 1,364.357 million.

Average before yesterday was about 7 million.

So, we have an increase of a factor of about 13 times increase in the volume and about 440 Posts.

Nobody has understood the determination of FG and it will soon be apparent.

PS If you had even one conversation with Francesco you would understand that he is 100% focused on achieving Bitcoin disruption and I am confident that an ARB type re-evaluation is 100% achievable.

Beekeeping & Investing in Shares

Part 2

A Beekeeper starts with one or two hives and then as nature takes its course the hive wants to swarm because of possible scenarios. The Queen could be too old and not laying enough eggs to replenish the worker bees that are dying or there is an abundance of nectar and its nature’s way of ensuring the hive survives.

Once a Beekeeper has 10 or more hives, they need to have another apiary, but you can’t just have that 200m away. The Beekeeper needs to do their research and be aware of how far a worker bee can fly and not site their next apiary so that it encroaches on their other apiary.

Shareholders also need to spread their shareholdings and not have all their shares in one sector (not financial advice just common sense)

Over my professional life I have interviewed 1,000’s of clients and when you are face-to-face with someone you get to know them and instinct kicks-in. I have been to many AGM’s and often I have taken the BoD to task and asked awkward questions. If you do not talk to the people who manage your investment, you could be at a disadvantage. Do you think the Professional Investors like Fidelity & Blackrock do not engage with BoD?

I have met and talked to FG on numerous occasions, I have only ever had Insider-Information once (which I Posted about) I did not like being an Insider because it restricts you from buying or selling.

Yesterday we had a spike before LSE was hacked or something prevented normal trading. I do not know if QBT will issue an RNS this morning but what I can say is that the two videos on our website are professionally produced and FG will deliver what he has set-out to achieve when he began assembling a Team of Professional to:

Beekeeping & Investing in Shares

Part 1

There are similarities between Beekeeping & Investing in Shares.

In Beekeeping you have hobbyist Beekeepers, semi-professional Beekeepers & Commercial Beekeepers.

Investors in Shares you have Amateur Investors (90% who are on our B.B.) Day-Traders like LtdAxis & Plutuq & Professional Investors like Fidelity, Blackrock & Spreadex.

The goal of a Beekeeper is to make honey and the goal of an Investor is to make money.

Being a Beekeeper takes dedication. There are many things that must be aligned to ensure you produce honey. You must have a strong young Queen as she is basically a leg laying machine. You must know how many eggs a Queen Bee lays in a day (up-to 2,000) you must know how long a honeybee lives (on average about 6 weeks) Then you must be aware of how long it takes from egg to being a worker bee. Bees have various duties throughout their short lives, Nursery Bee (attends the Queen & Hive Duties) Scout Bee (locates nectar sources and reports back to hive and dances her figure of 8) and finally the Worker Bee, which works itself to death foraging for nectar.

Then we have our Amateur Investors who do little research and hop from share to share and sometimes they make money but often they do not.

Then we have our Day-Traders like Plutuq who stated yesterday that he bought and sold for a profit. Nothing wrong with taking a profit and Plutuq like LtdAxis who has in the past done the same but will they soon be thinking if Day-Trading was the correct decision?

Then we have our Professional Investors who make most of the money in shares at the expense of ordinary shareholders because they do their research.

Small Trades

I have been recording the Trade Data for Chill Brands since they changed their name to Chill Brands Plc.

I have number of Trades and volume, so I know the average size of a “Normal” Trade.

Yesterday there were 54 Trades and average size of a Trade was below normal at 5,453

Of the 54 Trades, 40 of these Trades were for less than £50 and of these 40 Trades 30 were for less than £10.

Today there were 101 (although LSE said 103) Trades and average size of a Trade was below normal at 12,973

Of the 101 Trades, 55 of these Trades were for less than £50 and of these 55 Trades 43 were for less than £10.

AGM Result

I attended this morning’s AGM, and all Resolutions were passed unanimously (no votes against or withheld)

Had a good chat with Nick, Eric & Jill.

Discussed various topics (shops, products, manufacturing & premises)

Spoke to all the staff on site and had a tour of the site including observing an order for a customer being fulfilled.

Spoke to our Finance Team.

Observed our stock and customer orders about to be despatched.

When you attend AGM’s (IMO) you can get a better understanding of the Company you are invested in. You can observe things that are not communicated in RNS’s and most importantly when you talk to the staff you really get to know more about the Business.

Looking forward to the coming year.

You call out every Poster, but you fail to call out yourself! (Hypocrite)

Now a friend (not Ltdknowledge) said you were up to your old tricks and saying that I was talking to FG and buying (only one correct)

We both know that no matter what is Posted on these B.B. has no effect on the share price.

I did request Jambone to refrain from Posting but you obviously like sparring, but it benefits neither of you.

Addisionshare Posts are too hard to read due to being one long paragraph.

Now somethings to think about:

There was an RNS (or a PRN) a while ago that said they knew of no reason as to why the share price rose. (15th May 2020) but there was a reason if you were up-to-speed. (There was a little issue with Forcrowd, who thought they could pull a fast one and what they over looked was that they could not do what they wanted if the share-price was below the nominal value of £0.0025p

Now if you had monitored the share-price you would have seen (if I recall correctly) that it never moved above £0.0034p for MONTHS. But FG / Nomad / Broker had to issue an RNS to “prevent” the share-price going NORTH.

So fast-forward to September 2023 and what do we have, on first appearance we have a weak share-price but is it?

If you fully understand how the *astrds in the CITY work, then you will know that AIM is for their benefit and not ordinary shareholders.

Prediction: If you have read everything on the Intellectual Patent Office you may conclude that our first Patent will not succeed (read all the documents and decide for yourself) but the second one will rectify that (trust me)

AIM is an unfair Market; the Market Makers can hold a share-price in a narrow band and if there are more buyers or sellers then it will move. (recently our volume has been low about the 5 million mark for past 6 weeks or so) when our volume gets up to 20 million then you may see some increase in our share-price.

We are being deliberately held back to enable --------- (you have to fill in the blanks)

Yes, it is Not2Sure that I have a “Strong Sell” which does not align with wishing you success.

But that’s because ComTruise does not own any shares in the other Company but feels the need to Post “and save us” from making our own Investing Decisions.

I will desist when he departs, chances of him desisting I think are very low.
