Wow as predicted the 57k sell at 1.08 was cancelled this is MM tactics to collect - needs reporting to Market Abuse team at FCA - only people who can cancel trades are eg funds /MM /brokers with direct connection to place orders directly into the book! The manipulation is real! WTF is going on? Is this the fund who was shorting this? So MM just sold this stock yesterday and now will need to cover it! Bring on a big squeeze here! Am definitely filing market abuse form so it’s logged! I had thought it might be the shares paid to an advisor re the original placing but now it’s cancelled sell MM in hot water! IMHO DYOR GLA.

QBT about to bring it home for shareholders- perfect timing to have produced this gamechanger technology! On the QBT B.B. the trolls controlled by a failed journalist use underhand tactics to drown out any Poster that is Positive on their investment in QBT.

99% of the following is Copyright and was taken from Martha’s Blog. This Post is a bit unusual and not my normal style, but I had to find a way to make a point (Trolls have been making their point for too long) and my friends know what I am talking about.

I have “lifted” this to let LTH that there is a Storm before the Calm.

No matter how many times I experience The Storm Before the Calm, it always sneaks up on me. I never recognize it until I’m fully lost in it; bruised, drowning, desperate for relief. Storms are devilishly clever at disguising themselves. “I’m Hurricane BrewHaHa!” “I’m Tropical Storm Phimx!” “I’m Low Pressure System Bobcat1!” Don’t let them fool you. No two storms have the same name, but they all wreak the same kinds of havoc.

Of course I don’t mean literal storms. I’m talking about periods of intense disturbance we go through prior to deep and lasting personal growth (wealth) I suspect we all have these Storms Before the Calm. But I don’t think most people recognize them. So it’s about to get unbearably metaphorically meteorological up in here.

A Storm Before the Calm begins long before we see it. It’s born in deep wanting—maybe a subtle itch, maybe a yearning so strong it rattles our teeth. It begins down in our guts, and eventually we begin burping it up, asking for resolution.

We forget that to give us more than we currently have, life must make us more than we currently are. And that the first act of every creative change is the destruction of the existing order.

M3 Helium is positioned to develop new wells in the Hugoton field with an innovative but proven technique through the farm in agreement that M3 Helium secured with Scout Energy Partners ("Scout Energy"). To date, several potential indications of funding arrangements have been expressed to M3 Helium.

These approaches include interest in exploring a collaboration with M3 Helium on new "Nilson-type" wells in the Hugoton gas field as well as supporting the company on bringing Rost into production. These discussions remain at an early stage and there can be no guarantee at this time that any of the expressions of interest will be successful. However, if M3 Helium is able to secure funding along these lines, it enables the company to develop the opportunities that it has established in the Hugoton with enhanced returns to its shareholders.

Volume Average Past 6 Days

I have data of the daily volume from the 1st February 2023 till yesterday.

There have been 501 Business Days (since 1st February 2023) and there has been 6 Business Days from Friday 17th January 2025 when had the PRN detailing the Bitcoin Method C Update (the PRN where FG informs us about the AI Oracle)

“This tool, known as Method C AI Oracle (“AI Oracle”), is now performing live Bitcoin mining of current blockchain blocks, (i.e., around block count 879,000, after Method C has been “retrained” to deal with current blockchain blocks.”

Narrative quote from the Proactive Interview published on Monday the 20th January 2025:

“The company plans to present its innovations at an exclusive US conference for Bitcoin mining experts, marking the start of potential commercial collaborations. This includes integrating Quantum Blockchain's intellectual property into ASIC chips to enhance performance for industry players.”

In the past 6 days the volume was 1.15 Billion (1,155,578,307) which only includes one late trade of 29 million (but there are many other trades reported late that I did not record)

The average daily volume over the past 6 Business Days is about 192 Million (192,596,385)

The volume over the 495 Previous Business Days from 1st February 2023 to Thursday 16th January 2025 is about 6.2 Billion (6,197, 776,136) or about 12.5 million a day (12,520,760)

So on average over the past 2 years the daily volume is about 12.5 million and the average daily volume over the past 6 days is about 192 Million per day.

Our placing was for 174 Million (173,913,044)

There are several reasons why in my opinion we have so few trades even though our potential is groundbreaking for a Helium Producer with one of our Wells most likely being able to fund the whole company.

AQUIS Stock Exchange: Unfortunately, AQUIS does not attract much attention. They were supposed to fill a gap that AIM was not.

Brokers: HL for me only do Telephone Deals and a minimum £20 so that discourages buyers & sellers.

Market Makers: They do not encourage Private Investors with the large spread. With our current share price 2.5p – 3.5p the spread is 40%.

If you look at the actual trades like yesterday 10,000 @ 2.5p 10,000 @ 2.5p 33,200 @ 3p and 29,665 @ 2.84p.

Now I know the 29,665 was a buy but printed as a sell. So, if the 29,665 was to be sold immediately then would they receive 2.5p? Lets say they did, charges say £11.95 (but on HL its £20 as they only do Telephone Deals)

Cost to buy 29,665 with £11.95 charges = £854.44

Funds received if selling @ 2.5p = £729.68

Loss on paper = £124.76 or 14.6%

If you wanted to “make” a profit of £124.76 after charges you would have to sell at 3.334p and that is impossible, and you would have to go back to November 2024 to have a chance.

Conclusion: Until the RTO is completed and MM reduce the spread then unfortunately, we will lack PI’s. Move to AIM and see the MM create a Market.

Somethings to Note

There was a PRN on 28th January 2020 about PBV Monitor where there is an investment in PBV Monitor. “PBV, the Italian legal database company in which the Company has a 10% interest, has received an investment of €300,000 from an Italian investment company which has also held a minority stake in Clear Leisure since 2017”

There was a PRN on 31st January 2020 about Forcrowd about their shareholding “Having sold further Ordinary Shares since 19th December 2019, Forcrowd has confirmed to the Company that as at 29 January 2020 it holds 40,718,847 Ordinary Shares representing 6.15% of the Company’s issued share capital.” If you have been paying attention, then you would know where their shares were held.

There was a PRN on 1st February 2021advising us that ForCrowd have sold their 40.7 million shares. But their shares were in Vidacos Nominess Ltd and I believe their shares were “sold” but to a connected party (parties) so as to not have to disclose as they could have been split.
