Sounds exciting, not only as America's 12th most popular theme park, but as an entrée to the rest of SeaWorld's theme parks: "Busch Gardens Tampa has recently begun a trial of the Qsmart virtual queuing system. Talking to the CEO at XLM's stand at the London Investor Show on Saturday I got the definite impression that trading in the first two months of H2 - July and August - had gone well. He also presented extremely strongly, and hoped that there would be one or more further bolt-on acquisitions this year.

Unfortunately SCSW have got their currencies mixed up. They say that forecasts are for 10p EPS this year to 30/6/15 and 14p EPS to 2016. However, the real forecasts are for 10 CENTS and 14.1 CENTS, i.e 6.1p EPS and 8.7p EPS two years out. This obviously makes quite a difference, and on a current year P/E of 19 explains why I'm sitting on the sidelines at present!

They said the Ministry of Defence would sign a contract over the next 6-8 months following price negotiations with JFD. The IN operates only one diving support vessel - INS Nireekshak - that also doubles as a submarine rescue vessel and has been seeking two DSRVs for nearly 17 years. Its initial attempt to acquire them in 2005 was called off following corruption allegations and the requirement was re-tendered in 2010. As an interim measure, in 1997 the IN signed a USD734,443 contract with the US Navy for its "global submarine rescue fly-away kit" service. JFD has previously sold DSRVs of a similar class to the Indian requirement to Singapore and South Korea. The audit opinion is an Emphasis of Matter over the £14m accrued income from the auditors, so a reasonable question to be asked - but it's exactly the same wording as last year, so no change. Given the £1.7m m/cap this would seem to be priced in already. More interesting are the following: - £486,000 PBT in H2 alone, giving rise to a small PBT for the year - and a much more optimistic tone to the narrative, giving hope for this year's trading - £311,000 of provisions for doubtful debts, the first EVER material provisions - the slow and steady rise in high-margin SaaS income - continued gaining of high profile banking clients and expansion of services into Big Data, mobile etc - continued poor cash flows, though again an improved tone to the narrative here Overall steady as she goes with an improved tone to GNG's trading. It'll be a big boost if/when the CULS are paid off at the end of the year.

It's worth recalling from the recent Shares Magazine article that XLM's EBITDA has increased from $8.8 million in 2011 to $13.3 million in 2013. Cenkos forecast that this would rise to $18 million by 2015, before the 1/9/14 acquisition which adds another historic $3m to EBITDA. And that number does not assume any contribution from new opportunities in the USA where the online gambling market is reopening. If XLM's EV is now £74m (£109m m/cap less £35m cash), then against an EBITDA of £13m ($21m @ $1.62) that's an EV/EBITDA of just 5.7. Pretty cheap imho.

It also shouldn't be forgotten that NTQ had around £12m net cash at 31st March - this against the current £19m m/cap.

Perhaps the most interesting part is that last year there was no trading statement at all...... ZYT must be on for 18p-19p EPS for the year finishing this month - and they should have at least £6m-£7m cash, which is not far off 20% of the £37m m/cap. You can certainly see 300p-350p coming soon given say 22p forecast EPS for the year about to start.

Canaccord have increased their estimates for this year to PBT £8.41m and EPS 11.50p. For the year ending in 3 months' time a 131p share price is pretty cheap imho for this kind of global and innovative/patented growth. Plus SOM now has a $7.4m and fast-growing cash pile.

Both are ‘buys’ with former worth 150p and the latter 105p. Initiating coverage of Creston, it told investors: “Although Creston has higher execution risk than Cello, there is scope for a dramatic, but gradual re-rating - it trades at the bottom of its peer basket due to its historic track record and concerns over deferred payments, which are no longer an issue. “As the group demonstrate earnings enhancements, the valuation gap should diminish, as seen by Cello Group over the past eighteen months.”

Particularly good to see small sells getting almost the mid-price now, hopefully indicating background demand out there. IMO Brady is good value on current year metrics and extremely cheap on forward metrics. And even cheaper on potential takeover valuations. Edison's new note today reflects this. Note that "Triple Point was sold in 2013 for 5x sales". BRY is a highly tempting takeover target in this sector. The share price should climb steadily imo as these results filter through to the market and attract coverage. Here's the first - note that Panmure see £6.5m PBT for 2016, which just shows the rapid projected growth from this year's forecast £4.9m. Still superb results, just not quite as superb as I first thought. The EPS number is flattered by a one-off tax allowance, so tax is positive, not negative (which is what was indicated by the brackets around the tax number in the RNS). Nevertheless, SOM should still smash forecasts, has a large $7.4m cash pile and global growth prospects. And they say even only halfway through the year that they'll beat forecasts - it's just a question by how much.
