Geographical diversification is also much improved. Net cash at the year end should be $34-$35m at the Dec'15 year end after deferred consideration payments etc, so there's plenty of ammunition for acquisitions - and for the healthy forecast 4.9c dividend.

Great to see SCE at almost EBITDA breakeven now, with an equally good H2 in prospect. Around £17m of annual sales in prospect from the 5 OEM contracts/discussions in progress alone, plus £1.3m from aerospace. Some will inevitably be delayed or fall by the wayside, but there's more than enough here to be happy with. British OEM One sounds particularly promising, plus the conclusion "which provides the Board with an increased confidence of being able to announce automotive contract awards during this year".

Excellent - Cantor have increased their forecasts after the trading update. They're now: last year : 23.88p EPS, 1.62p dividend this year : 30.2p EPS, 1.97p dividend That's an 8%+ increase in 2016 forecasts. And a P/E of 8.8.

Good, solid update, with revenues in particular ahead of expectations and order books rising fast, providing that strong visibility of revenue which the market loves. And "we have a very strong platform for growth which we are continuing to experience in the current year". Panmure now forecast 1.17p EPS this year (with a 0.33p dividend). A P/E of only 11 means there's up to 40% upside for this fast-growth yet conservatively-accounted company.

Interesting move - can only be good news in terms of smoking out potential acquirors at best, or bringing in additional interest in the company at worst, highlighting the cash-generative nature of the company and the huge cash pile. Can't blame them in the least given the ridiculous undervaluation after some years now of outperformance and huge cash generation.
