Great to see the price up 7% on only around around £2k of buys - hopefully not much stock around.

WH Ireland's update a few days ago forecasts (with "prudent assumptions") breakeven for the coming year (2020), on £7.2m revenues and a tiny £200k net debt.

It concludes:

Whilst delays to orders and stock availability have impacted the outturn for FY 2019E, it does mean the group will have a strong start to FY 2020E with the order book more than trebling and we would therefore regard our revised FY 2020E numbers as conservative. Touchstar is now two years into its turnaround strategy and whilst this morning's news is disappointing, we believe the outlook for FY 2020E is more positive. We would also note that with revenues of over £7m and an EV of ~£3m, this remains an exceptionally low rating for a technology stock."

The forecast for the coming year should now be around 10.5p EPS given that this acquisition will be around 44% earnings-enhancing.

That's a P/E of just 7.1.

This morning's Matomy EGM has approved the sale of Team Internet to CNIC. So as CNIC have previously flagged, the acquisition can now formally go ahead (no idea why FundPanda was expecting news before this since the date of 23rd December had been well flagged by CNIC already).

Which no doubt is why the share price has moved up this morning.

The forecast of around 10.4p EPS for 2020 comes from taking Zeus Capital's forecast from their 18th November post-acquisition note and adding the 43.8% earnings enhancement which they suggest the acquisition will bring.

CNIC are of course taking on more debt - but the key here is that they have so much recurring revenue that this won't be a problem. Indeed, Zeus estimate that net debt/EBITDA will be 2:1 in 2020 falling to 1.6 in 2021, which is fine.

Compass Gold have started drilling a few weeks earlier than last year after the rainy season and are intensively drilling before Christmas and then next April.

The last time CPO prices were this high was in Feb'17. At that time DKL's m/cap was £35.5m (at 12p with 296m shares in issue).

Now DKL's m/cap is only £12.5m (with 423m shares in issue) - so potentially 200% upside to historic levels.

And since then we have seen various production efficiencies, plus cashew nut production starting next year, plus commencement of operations at a second nursery site, plus potential development of hybrid solar and biomass power plants.

Nice positive intra-day movement in the share price. And the CPO price has zoomed up to $788:

Liquidity is to tight that any reasonable buying is usually rewarded with a decent rise (and the other way of course).

The torrential rain at present should help things along for RNWH - Network Rail have just said they've been affected by four or five land slips plus general flooding, which is also affecting rivers and roads elsewhere.

I shifted some INSE from my investment account into my ISA this morning as part of my annual ISA contribution.

The trading statement next month should underline INSE's cheap valuation given the H1 outlook etc.
