Hi oogleflugal. I've met MWE's CEO, and that reinforced my positive view of the company. They've been listed on AIM for a number of years now, with a continuing record of high and generally rising profitability, dividends and good behaviour. They come across, like the CEO, as prudent and honourable, with relatively low salaries and almost no options - the directors have a large shareholding so are as incentivised as any shareholders.
As you say, the backlash against Huawei is happening globally. They are not an MWE customer - but Nokia are, and Nokia will be benefiting greatly from Huawei's withdrawal from Western markets, as proven by the news below.
