Not afraid DW at all but I chose to live in a democracy. Plain and simple. Governments over the years Tory and Labour promise each time we will do this and that and don't do it but we do keep having a re vote each time we are stuck with them until they call an election or the time is up. The vote was LEAVE honour that. People are just throwing their toys out of the pram as it did not go the way they wanted. I find it embarrasing and quite freankly a huge minus on the integrity of this nation. ™ has no choice she is carrying out the wishes of the voters which was to LEAVE. How the deal was structured was always going to be an issue. For me I think the English should have had a vote as to weather we want Scotland to stay with us.But we did nbot get that vote they did which to me is also unfair but I accepted it.

You had years to leave the UK before Brexit was voted on so you could have gone then if you had really wanted to. SWhere there is a will and all that. Anyway lets get back to AFC!

There was of course a plan but it has to get agreed upon you know that and certain politicians mainly Labour want to unhinge plans for their own aims to try and disrupt the government and force an election which the coutry is sick of. To her credit Teresa May wanted to remain but is going with the wishes of the people. Those who think we should have another Brexit vote to leave or remain should not be living in the UK as we are a democracy and the nation has voted get over it. want to turn this into a BREXIT debate but the country has voted out. I live in a democracy and like to be able to have a say on who governs me which we can't if we are in Europe. Anyway there is a whole world out there not just Europe. They need us as much as we need them.

What I will add is when the car charging markets were discussed the other day the PR machine did not do a great job as there was no follow up and could have been handled better. I would think some of that blame could be apportioned to Adam as that would be more in his remit

You are welcome . But sadly naive as if it comes good it will not largely be down to Adam - it is a huge team effort. I am amazed you say you have detailed level of board level working. As it is quite apparant you don't. Some investors have huge amounts in here such as Schroders who have invested on behalf of clients. It is not so difficult to change a figurehead. They realise as you should this is a new tech product which takes time and trial and error etc. I dont think Adam is a scientist so would not have anything to do with electrode life etc. Unless you can point out to me he works in this area then clearly it is not "all Adams Fault" I am still holding my breath as I fear you will not be able to.

To make things simple for you both lets take a football example. So we will take the situation at Spurs is it the chairmans fault Daniel Levy that Tottenham either win or lose each week? No it is a number of things the player,' the manager, financial constraints at the club etc and competition from other teams. Is it Daniel Levys fault that the new stadium has taken far longer to finish than he announced. No it is the constructors and glitches in the safety system etc. Is it Daniel Leveys fault he can't buy the same players that City and Liverpool buy. Of course not as Spurs dont' have the money. Conversly if Tottenham win the league or cup etc it is also not down to him either it is a team effort. He is the figurehead. Levey can't manage the team give half time talks etc as that is not his job. In the same way Adam can't be blamed for everything. It was said in the post it is "Completely Adams fault". Of course it is not completely his some of the things he has said have been wrong but to say manufacturing etc are completely Adams failures is totally wrong. There is more than one employee at AFC I believe and to attribute the slow progress etc down to one man

Your comments are not "mature and sensible" so he is a supersalesman and star CEO your words not his. He would have been sussed out by those at the company and those huge investors who know far more than you or I. It is not impossible for a CEO to be outed. I agree Rooky I look most mornings for an RNS although I don't agree re a compulsary follow up RNS as things are delayed it is a fact of life and business so to have an RNS saying in a follow up sorry things are delayed would for me not be the way forward. I am finding the radio silence frustrating compared to how it used to be but then Adam got slaughtered for his communication on qtly reports and milestones too so dmaned if he does damned if he doesn't. Although as I have said many times I don't see this as Adams fault as he is a figure head but we have been down that road many times so ....

I know Southerhay It passed me by I did not know about 2 years being hit and I am on this board 3 times a week or so. I agree with other previously the PR machine needs to understand their job!
