Thanks Heath you have far greater knowledge than me . So are you saying putting a sell order at say £2 has no effect on the borrowing of shares where our SP is at say 53p? Can nothing be done to stop the MMs borrowing them.

excuse my lack of knowledge but am I correct in understanding if a stop loss is put on shares you hold at for example £2 the MMs can't borrow these shares to trade if the current SP is what it is. They can only "borrow" these shares if the SP is trading higher than £2 in this example? Or do you have to get a share certificate for that to happen? If that i.s the case it makes sense to do this as if enough holders do this it should move the SP higher.

Just looked at the AFC web site which I have not done for a couple of months and Rolec is still there. I wonder what if anything is happening with them. Surely if they have been superseded by ABB then they would have been taken off the web site.

A solid presentation for me there are so many avenues for the product and each avenue has a huge market. I liked the explanation on costs per kWh at the beginning it is clear the advantages AFC have now in driving costs down. It was a few hours ago now but £1.40 compared with 25p is a huge difference and makes AFCs product truly competitive. And then there is Alkamem...

I don't consider myself an idiot just because I drive a nice car. There are other ways in which I help the environment such as being fastidious re recycling, turning rads off in rooms that I am not using. Recycling and reusing plastic where I can. One of my pleasures in life is to drive a nice car. I am not 100 per cent perfect but I am also not an idiot.

I agree. AFC have taken a targeted approach and they have many positions covered. The tie ups in the last 6 months could not be better the scope for AFC is huge. Really impressed of late.

I remember we had a few disagreements as you were constantly saying how bad AB was etc. I was defending him glad I and others saw his potential as many have been here for some time. Back then there were few supporters of AB and the company progress etc well ye of little faith chickens are coming home to roost. I am a long term holder of a fairly large amount but "radio silence" really? We have had some significant RNS s as well as interviews on Proactive Investor etc. This does not seem like radio silence to me. I think AFC are doing a fantastic job.

What you have to realise Seg is we all see different things. You have to respect that rather than have aggressive posts.Nothing wrong if people like Midsomer Murders (notice the o if you are going to use that as your line of attack) if that is their thing just because it maybe not for you. I have never been into Formula 1 or Motor Racing of any ilk more of a football man Gareth Bale curling a free kick into the top corner for Spurs more my thing.. However Formula 1 for me is more exciting than this. I was pretty bored after half an hour. That is not the point. The point is the tech worked which is another big tick for AFC. The UK government comments tops off a good day.

I saw some of the racing today. Did not really do it for me but that is not important. The tech obviously works and the nod from the UK Gov is fantastic. A good day for AFC. If this is higher than 75p close on Tuesday I will be surprised but happy!
