Investors expected hospitals waiting to buy AIHL kit as soon as it goes live. Even expected the EU pilot site in Greece to speed up the trials as we already have Manchster NHS trust already using it.
But no one showing the desparation in getting the kit. Why would you put new born babies in risk?
Looks like Budd appointed Social media manager Genedrive is promoting the kit aggressively on twitter and plenty of news agencies covered it too.
The sentiment would change one day, just need patience till then.
The answer lies in your question, it works on sentiment and it is not good at the moment for GDR otherwise we would have seen a £1 by now.
AIHL is going to be definite success with full NHS rollout soon and take up in other parts world as well, but unfortunately no confidence in investors.
Stars - good support level at 29 and strong support at 23 but to be honest I’m not anticipating it to reach 23.
per se Genedrive received order from NHS to deliver to all hospitals.
What is genedrive capacity and how quickly can we deploy them and train the staff?
If I know Budd very well, he would not announce numbers from AIHL when every single hospital adapts it. He would just release a RNS stating further adapation because Budd may think it is a small amount. He would keep everyone guessing until a trading update in 3 months time or full years results in 6 months time.
Everybody regretting for being a shareholder for last 2 years.. lol
We were £1 before Because Budd fooled us £1m pre orders and double digit EU deal which never materialised. Remember we done 40% dilution. We would not touch £1 unless a multi million sales/revenue is announced. Genedrive always had great products but sales is the problem. That’s why we crashed all the way to 12p.
Don’t assume sales are granted, you may have best product in the world but you still need to get out and sell to make money. Not many here understand the risk with Genedrive.
Until Budd announce sales/revenue I don’t think it is possible..
would you hold after break even or sell up and move on. I know it is a tricky question?
very good chance but need sales to kill shorts.
shorts increased to this week

there are around 185 hospitals, on average 3 machine per hospital 185 x 3 = 555
The news coverage was massive and great, the sp should have gone into overdrive but unfortunately not.
What are the chances that we are going to break even soon and doesn’t need another fund raise to support the BOD’s salaries? So is the market reaction despite have the best innovation in medical history and one of its kind POC genetic test.
All blame goes to Budd for stupid ramping and delivering a big zero…
Lol good joke.. stupid excuse given time and again.
37p finish today
Good question tkevin
There are around 700000 births in Uk, the cost of lab based test is £200. That would cost NHS £140 million a year if they had to test every mother.
Genedrive test cost £80 and you only test 100000 babies that gets admitted to NICU. Just cost £8 million a year
Now you see the savings?
@roger - you maths is completely wrong.. not every hospital in Uk would get one .Uk only has 185 NHS hospitals With NICU wards which would be interested to get one. on average 3 machine per hospital makes it around 555 machines.
The market is not convinced because of Budd previous actions. He is playing same tactics again with teaser like initial orders for POC without stating actual numbers. No one is going to believe his presentation this time. Wait for tomorrow to find out how the wider market reacts..
The only way to prove his credibility is to generate some revenue/sales and publish the RNS with numbers to instill confidence. Which i don’t think is going to happen in next 6 months.
You would only know about POC order in next trading update or final results in 6 months time. Until then it is guessing game all.
