Hi all, seen a big seller £8,000,000 right at the end of play today, what is going on? concerns on here with discount to NAV and lack of growth but is it just misunderstood by the market? Care homes, high demand, lots of options from management, interest rates coming down, reducing costs and releasing more growth, plus well covered dividend and low cost basis other than debt. Am I missing something? Feels like a long term hold with big regular divs?

Good to see some upward momentum and possible inflection point, although would have been nice if the last trade wasn't

finger's crossed next week starts positively

Frustrating+ was excited at the prospect of this taking off at some point when I bought in and have averaged down but sp is stuck and being driven lower. What do people think it'll take for it to drive back up with some support? CF buying back in? CF resigning? A larger study and more contracts??

So no obvious reason for the drop today? Just traders making a profit?

I hope 10p isn’t the new entry point, but if it drifts that low will certainly adding. I think 2025 will be a significant year for the company and if CF leaves even more so. My average currently is 24p and didn’t think it’d sell off this much, long term will pay off once things settle down. Anyone else have an average in the 20s or is everyone out and waiting to re-enter?! Not sure why the further near 8% sell off today

@ stt1, keen to understand how Hvivo is ex-growth? With all of the recent developments, contracts, new facility and recent acquisition and expansion into Europe? I understand it has slowed but I am hopeful it’ll get going and the share price with it, CEO seems confident of projected earnings and no mention not meeting target of 100m revenue

I’m bullish on this stock, so is the CEO, great business model acquisitions to stimulate further growth, great opportunity to DCA further, has grown significantly in a few years. Not sure if it’ll be interest rate cuts, further contracts, M&A or acceptance of HCT to increase investor sentiment, but the price will go much higher in years ahead, imho
