Doesn’t contain any useful info. Mainly chart analysis with company details. No mention of the catalysts we’re waiting on. So not really an overview as such, more focused on the chart (which is only relevant if you’re a trader).

Also happened with BOIL’s rise last year - around 20th September the SP rose to .12 and dropped to 0.083 just before it rose to .35 (IIRC) around 12th October.

I agree you have to be cautious when people turn up on these boards but let’s not just assume that because some posters haven’t commented before or for a long time, it doesn’t mean they’re not genuine LTH’s or don’t know much about this share.

The recent news regarding the North Sea Licences is great for us, so I expected it to have a positive impact on the SP. We are well undervalued currently so we could see a rise in SP at anytime, which will attract comments from various investors (old and new). Let’s not just accuse unfamiliar names of being pump and dumpers as it just creates a negative atmosphere.

Kerosene, the drilling part I agree with but the rest is just down to your opinion. A buyout can happen anytime. And yes, obviously for full value, you’re expecting a longer timeline. That doesn’t mean we won’t still see a significant increase with the SP in the short term (remember we hit .35 last October and have made a lot of progress with CPRs etc since then).

They have to make a decision on whether to enter the drilling phase on or before 18th Dec:

“Baron's wholly owned subsidiary, SundaGas Banda Unipessoal Lda. ("SundaGas"), which operates the Chuditch PSC, has been granted a further six-month extension to Contract Year Two of the PSC by the relevant Timor-Leste national authority, Autoridade Nacional do Petróleo e Minerais ("ANPM").

Contract Year Two of the PSC will now expire on 18 December 2023, with a subsequent commitment, on entry into Contract Year Three, for the drilling of one well to appraise the Chuditch-1 discovery. The practical effect of this is that a decision on whether to enter the drilling phase is now required to be taken at or before that date.

The extension to PSC Contract Year Two was requested to allow additional time for the necessary preparations prior to entering the drilling phase of the PSC. These activities include the detailed evaluation of candidate drilling locations and well trajectories for input into the final well design.”

That doesn’t mean we won’t hear anything before then. Let’s hope we hear some updates on progress soon.

Exactly CDF1. There will always be sellers. Everyone has their own timeline, target etc and may have a reason for selling (I.e needing the funds). Nothing has changed here and plenty of news is due.

Hopefully we’ll see some recovery in the coming weeks 🤞

It’s closed within the demand zone you mentioned, so not drifting lower as you suggest.

It’s not worth worrying about the SP fluctuations each day. The share will be traded whilst we await news. This will recover at some point. I just wish I had more funds to top up at these levels to lower my average 😩

Urged caution about what? You make it sound like we’ve just received negative news? Just because the SP has dropped, it doesn’t mean it’s all doom and gloom. It happened when the last placement happened and then went back up again.

Nothing that has been mentioned recently is new information. People are just frustrated because it’s not the news they want to hear.
