Lloyds has so far failed to regain a lot of its pre-covid price, compared to NWG, which has regained most of it, so on that basis alone I would go for Lloyds. But then I'm not very good at making money out of shares.

I had a read of your InvestorPlace article, then followed a link to another article. I thought it all looked highly suspicious and then I had a look at the company on TrustPilot. 1.5 stars out of 5. So I won't be taking any advice from them

Greed of getting in lower? The point of buying shares is to make a profit, so the lower you get in the better. Anyway this is tanking for a reason. If governments keep imposing coronavirus restrictions, this could go down the tubes along with many other companies. Hopefully not though as my average is 63. I should really sell and buy in cheaper to save myself a few bob but knowing my luck it'll start going up as soon as I sell.

Swartz, bizarrely, there are only 4 companies in the automotive sector: AML, another one that is up 2% with 28 trades, and 2 that are flat having 2 trades between them. AML pretty much is the sector!

Agreed. The only good thing i did recently was sell some RBS shares at 120, which felt wrong, as my average was 142, but I bought back in at 110, got 800 extra shares worth 1k into the bargain and averaged down to 138. Every time I have bought more shares to average down, it has increased my overall losses as the share price has always continued to plummet. (I haven't bought here yet as I'm looking into it but I dare say the same applies)

hardup, this has been happening regularly all the way from 228 to 100 and back up again. I would say that buys and sells would normally be the main factor but covid-19 has seen to that.
If you don't know, the LSE home page gives reasons why markets are rising and falling each day. Although sometimes they sound a bit spurious.

Akorn, I almost never sell at a loss, because it seems wrong, but a few weeks ago I sold half my RBS at a loss, bought them back a few days later when the price dropped by 10p, and was able to buy 800 extra shares worth £1000. It also lowered my average from 142 to 138. Despite that I still couldn't bring myself to hit the sell button last week at 139. It's now at 118, costing me £2500. Same would have happened here but I'm not in at the moment.

I came across your post by chance and have no knowledge of this company. I speak as someone who turned £25k into 0 some years ago, when 1 of the companies I was in went bust and the other decided they didn't want to have shareholders any more and offered me £300 for shares I had spent about £15k on. I didn't take them up on their offer and got nothing.

I bought the above AIM shares on the basis of what posters on this site said which was largely positive. The one that made me jump in to OPE said they were a steal at the current price and there was no downside. I bought in and the price never again reached my buy in price. There was 1 guy on the OPE site who kept posting negative economic comments and said the business was unsustainable. Other posters said he was a de-ramper and generally ****ged him off but it turned out he was right all along.

Don't invest what you can't afford to lose. Because from what I can see AIM investors tend to lose a lot of money unless they are lucky and/or very good.

If you do buy as a result of any investment advice from anyone on this site bear in mind there is no comeback when it turns out they are talking boll0cks. You have no idea what information and vested interest their advice/comments is based on. Especially AIM shares where a small number of buys or sells can make a massive difference to the price.

Look at the historical prices of AIM shares. Most of the ones I have looked at go from high to very low, with occasional big rises. This one would have turned your hard earned 4p into .5p in under 2 years.

You could buy in now and double or treble your money or even more. Or you could lose the lot. Who knows? Why not take a punt?

And as for the unhelpful reply you got, what a load of guff. I've seen many questions like yours and I haven't seen such an unhelpful reply.

There have been more buys than sells every day this week, by at least £2m each day I believe, which is a little bit encouraging as I watch my investment shrink by 1000s!

Mind you, if that is right above, it's gone down now 0.28/0.32

No, the price had already gone down before that trade.
