1 for every 35 TPL would do me, anything above that's a big bonus.

I think that's the way NOG will go leaving the cash for the work required to bring TPL's revenue up to the max.

I don't think the MM's have that many shares hence the chance to drop the SP far more than necessary on Monday on market fear, which didn't really bring in a high volume of sales. They will be quick enough to hike the SP up rapid if good news comes.

After DD, if no deal was coming we would of been told by now also told of an extension if required by now. Today or tomorrow we should know the price NOG want to pay. IMHO.
