Hi, Not crazy at all, this is a lock in.......The share was pumped and people bought in on the back of it. At the moment the price is not going up or down.....anyone caught has to either sell at a loss or buy at a rather expensive price. With a 20% spread there are a few P&D investors and unfortunately less experienced genuine investors caught in this trap......IMO Thats why you should do research before you buy and make your own decision and not on the back of a share tip, particularly released before the weekend. The only thing now is to hold and hope the news is supported by the market or sell reducing the risk a genuine fall which accompanied with the spread could be large. So genuine long term investors who bought in based on their own research and were happy to hold then nothing has changed. But for all others this leaves a dilemma. GLA
Well done...i am only starting SB but i am going to take my time, but like to have the option to short. GL &. GN.........
Lodan....no i have not see him post, he just disappeared, hope he is ok, i enjoyed his humour and interesting debates. ABG ......nice to see the final turnaround for ABG. VOD.......i have probably bought in higher than i would have liked, but there does seem to be an interesting story to play out there.... Did you get back into ABG, that has been a great run..together with some of the other resource stocks. GL
I think that is a definite NO then mate....lol Surprise, surprise... How are you doing.....hope it is well. GL
Hi, thanks for your research, the reason i sold was the Friday was the buy and sell trade pattern, i am still wary of a large seller in the market and this proved to be the case... Still like the prospects medium to long term strategy confirmation. I always thank the share before i leave, old habits die hard. It certainly was no reflection of the excellent research and posts here or the prospects over the medium term for the business. GLA.....wish you all well and i hope when i am more comfortable i will invest over a longer term..
Thanks, i have sold. GLA
Hi OSB, Great article, and illustrates the fast growing trend of fruit and orange juice consumption in China and it potential To continue to grow. This goes hand in hand with the report that Olderandwiser did after his meeting with management and their future Plans for the business..... Great research, thanks GL
Great news.....well done looks like you had an excellent run GL
Missing word should be 'best posts'......
Thanks Guys for some of the posts on a business i have seen for a while... I have taken a small position today, the first time in a couple of years. I hope the management take a forward looking approach to the future and drive the initiatives through. GL
Is this the AOR triangle... First there was Sir Ed he disappeared, then there was Thomas and he disappeared while i was posting. It is strange and mysterious....... Now, it looks like Jolly has disappeared well at least his posts still here. Jolly are you still around ....... If so hope you are doing well... GL
Hi Sain, Like your style.....just take a deep breath. There's no hiding place from Chirundu, just when you thought it was safe to go outside....lol Good luck anyway.....Don't bash your head on the wall hard...
My friend, one final point. Investing is about one thing only and that is compounding your gains and making money. If you have chosen another strategy to get there that is fine with me. Good luck...
Fidel, Thank you. Know one thing if i had researched GBO 5years ago, i would most likely have only invested last year and have advised similarly. That is no comparison as GBO have a track record going back 10+ years of profitable growth. You have a point regarding start ups, but there is a fair value and this is not it IMO. GL
Excuse the grammar, i must read my typing before posting... Gl
Fidel, Read my previous posts here. I know the business reversed into a cash shell. Still over valued @£2.40 iMO..... I am not sqying this business is not going to flourish at some point but sometimes shares that have restricted market are easy to get burnt, unless you & myself i suspect are a wryly old dog who been round track and knows the score. As far GBO goes i stand by my posts and track record and the history and the marketability of that business 100%. You are to give welcome to give a counter position to my view. I bought into GBO from 19.7p and if you also welcome to read all my posts on there if you doubt my consistency of opinion from the moment i researched it. Gl.....hogwash or not IMO this is high risk and particularly for inexperienced investors.
Unfortunately, we will probably see the same cycle again as the next group moves in seeing something to good to be missed. GL
Hi Riddler, i Agree, but it is not only the TA, but the consistent cash burn, little revenue, losses, high break even, liquidity of shares, etc. But perfect P&D with sharp movements on little buying or selling.....leaving smaller investors possibly getting caught unfortunately... But nothing is ever certain and a leopard may change it spots.... Gl I sincerely hope no one got caught out here....Time will tell whether this share is worth the high price but as an investment it remains high risk with very tight liquidity which means it is very easy to be locked in for the inexperienced Investor IMO
You have hit the nail on the head......... Clueless management IMO Probably they hold an excessive number of shares....sounds like distribution of debt...not clever. GL.....i wish it was different for everyones sake here.
