Not a great post Bob (your tone suggests you are happy at others losses on Hvo) There are countless shares (AIM and mega caps) that have risen too fast and too high only to fall back heavily (probably lower than fair value) HVO is in this category and should start to recover as ongoing sales growth (together with significant EBITDA) supports a higher price

Bob - there are countless shares (Aim size and also mega caps) where management have been bullish and the share price has risen to crazy levels followed by a sharp pullback to excessively low levels - at some point Hvivo will find its true level (imo between 20p and 30p - difficult for anything too precise when you have non core assets that may have value)

Blimey - even Moni has lost faith. I can see how this share drives you to despair but we are growing / profitable and generating cash (with loads in the bank and no debt) the SP will reflect this sooner or later

Moni - you've got alot pf patience for that clown Sikh on ADVFN - he seems to think that start ups must have immediate revenue otherwise they are worthless!!

I keep reading comments about low margins - how do we know this? Margins are normally the difference between revenue and the direct costs of creating the revenue (and the costs flex as revenue changes) in our case the direct costs are patient expenses plus things like temporary staff etc. I would anticipate that margins are very healthy but to achieve a decent profit revenues have to be at a level to allow margins to cover fixed overheads (and more) Once revenues exceed this level (around £40m for HVO) then profitability starts to look very healthy
