Toasty- Isn’t that CP and not CF
Don’t think he would chuck Mo in to take his flack
Hopefully he does.
I would count myself as a loyal to CF but even I am questioning him (I think Moni is in a similar position)
Just relying on my memory recall - the frustrations include
Last October - he said the SP would be in a completely new situation by Xmas - it was (much lower)
He said we would be surprised and delighted with the use of our cash - nothing happened
Contract are coming in waves - not really happened (just a few small ish announceents)
No news on the spin outs
Mo and Skillington want to buy shares (I know Mo can't but what about JS)
Poolbeg outside investors will want to buy shares in the market as not many of us sold to them - no evidence of this yet
Continually says 'watch this space' and then nothing happens except SP decline
I've not totally lost faith but patience is wearing very thin
I know this is not very intellectual but whoever is selling in 50k (and similar) lots - you are are going to regret it big time
Short term Bear on this stock - can’t see H2 sales being much above £300k which will hit the price and if they have any sense they will do a raise whilst the share is still in the 30’s (cash balance will only last 12 months)
Elrico - you did a Stuart Ashman - I noted it was worrying that he avoided the question of current sales and you answered it by saying he was being frugal with shareholder funds. (Completely avoided addressing my comment) I also said it would dive lower which it seems to be doing
Ash has no backbone for a share price reversal (just loses his head)
It’s not that often that a Company’s results marks a massive upward shift in the share price - the opposite often happens
Mij - the year end results are in progress so I doubt he will be able to buy
Ashb - you need to show some backbone - in case you are not aware Companies do not always go exactly as management intended - delays and unforeseen events happen. Either sell and disappear or hold because you believe better days are ahead - I am taking the latter route
Prep not Imutex
That’s a good call Fish - buy the other 37% of Prep and sell the whole thing at a tasty price - £50m sale would give us over 7p
Didn’t say it was special - just highlighted a difference that I found worthwhile
He doesn’t post on Telegram but he has answered emails from concerned Telegram shareholders who have posted his response. Nothing price sensitive - just reassurance
Cheshire - the Telegram group is pretty similar to these boards with a higher percentage of bullish people positively affirming each other’s positions (me included) There have been a couple of emails from CF posted on Telegram that you won’t see here - so worth it for that
Depends on the nature of the takeover - could be that Hvivo / Venn would be sold leaving Orph to stay floated with the aim of monetising DIM and the other assets. In which case nothing would be gained by building a stake
Grateful to a poster on the Telegram group who has found that the seller was Thornbridge who are now out. We just need to get rid of Ashb23 for a really peaceful life
Where do you get 19x - surely earnings of 1p per share £6.7 million is possible then add in cash - probably £20 million by year end
As someone on the telegram group observed we are not far off 1 to 1 on revenue if you take our market cap and deduct our cash balance - crazy
