Canmax want Spodumene.

Prem want to sell Spodumene.

It is not in Canmax interest to do anything that may disrupt the flow of Spodumene from Zulu (and the wider EPO)

I expect Canmax to take up the third option - Do nothing - after 18 months they can get equity in Zulu (value 200m) for any missing Spodumene quantites.

I can't imagine the conversation has gone along the lines of - "Any chance we can have a slice of the wider EPO - oh yeah, BTW, we're going to take 1.5m from you"

I'm not convinced there is 1.5m available that is not tied into the project and future forecasting anyway.

It's not a one sided convo, Prem and Canmax will work together.

GR is working on Spod prices settling around the 1000 mark. So all models based on that. We must still be profitable at that point.

Don't forget we are profit sharing Lithium Hydroxide. Not spodumene.

GR comfortable with Spod prices, look into that however you want. All the forecasts have been done.

Wouldn't worry about any noise that comes from China re: EV's and lithium pricing.

Our Spodumene will be world class quality and there is a reason CANMAX are currently in talks for more of the EPO.

Spod prices will eventually settle in the 1000-1200 range. Not sure what happens late 24 onwards.

Prem costs will settle in the 500-800 range.

Company will be profitable and doesn't include any other material we have.

The 5 billion shares GR wants are not to pay back Canmax, so yes, will be enough.

If Canmax challenge FM and it goes to court, we have 12 months to repay the prepayment minimum.

5billion shares will be to repay GR's loan, plus give shares to new offtake partner.

the 37million owed to Canmax isn't a concern currently, that will be paid back through a new offtake partner, or money we generate ourselves further down the line.

That article is a complete non event.

You do not pull SC6 out of the ground.

No official FINAL grades released yet.
