I would expect northwards movement of SP from here based on the potential here.

Jaglith - that's public knowledge. 100% of the offtake until the loan is repaid. 50% of offtake remains whilst they have the 3 billion shares. You should know this.

As for a take over rumour coming out of the telegram group. Take special note of this, you'll like it........

There is no rumour. As you know, as you are lurking in there somewhere. TO talk this morning has come from me stating my ambition for my shares. So lets not make up random rubbish to suit your lazy agenda.

Offtake agreement would be null and void on any TO. The 50% offtake only sticks if Canmax continue to hold the original investment in shares. -Unless something has changed in the new agreement.

They would need to renegotiate with the new Company owners.

Jaglith - I'm assuming you are well researched in this?

If you are, you'll know that Canmax have a history of investing in companies to secure a SC6 source. They haven't been interested in taking over any previous miners - why would they change strategy now?

No use to companies higher up the chain if Spodumene producers stop.... producing.

There is a 50% premium on anything over 6.5%

However it remains to be seen what our average grade will be. The high % we got out of the lab was indeed hand sorted so unfortunately not a true reflection.

Stark are adding colour sorting to the UV sorters and optimising the XRT in time for production, so sorters should be up and running.

Don't think we can go to Canmax with a begging bowl at this moment in time, unless it involves claims outside of Zulu.

GR stated he isn't thinking about his loan until production is well under way.

Hopeful he has a few favors he can pull in, maybe some extra funding with the new Mutare partner, however would be foolish to rule out a need for raising the share ceiling.
