Much more likely someone in 'the know' related to VSA trying to make a decent profit over the next couple of months.

I think it needs to be at a premium, I know they're working something out to show a United front.

At the end of the day, what use is 5 or 6 million to Prem, they''ll be no better off in a few weeks.

Canmax want Prem's spod, they don't want the plant. It's in both interests to get something sorted and quickly.

Canmax to pre-purchase the shares in the next couple of days at a premium price to to the current SP, giving Prem the funds to pay what it needs to pay and purchase the second spod circuit. Would be my guess.

Because the people buying the shares have a direct interest in Zulu performing. Canmax will probably take the lot - Hopefully at a premium - to guarantee Zulu to production.

If you don't believe that, sell up quickly fella.

The fact that the price is holding where it is and PEEL are still buying large suggests we haven't got the full story currently.

1. canmax will note again and we are basically ****ed.

2. gr wouldn't have called another gm without the knowledge that canmax will support the vote. imo he has to have sorted a deal where canmax buy the 15 billion shares @ north of the current sp, guaranteeing prem an amount that he seems ****-sure of getting in the rns.
