Steward, i'm also surprised that the pre GM financing hasn't materialised and doesn't appear likely to to. However makes little difference currently whether Canmax take some shares now, or after the GM as only a few days left to run on that.

The important part is the amendments to the offtake agreement coming in, interested to see what GR and his new partners have managed to negotiate.

I'm hopeful of some sort of Canmax announcement this week - possibly on them taking an early allocation of shares and extending the April stop date.

Raydaar, agreed it is, and was always coming. However your assumption that GR can only get hold of 5 million is incorrect.

It may not be a raise... It could be a large loan from Canmax which is then settled in shares.
