I said the placing would be around 45p, it was not deramping it was experience. The share price wont be allowed to bounce until the is done, the goal will be to force as many of you as possible to let your options expire. After that is done there should be a strong recovery. I will take my allocation even though I dont expect a big discount, I do expect a bounce after and would rather give my money to the company vs the market.

Anyone who took my advice in Faron will have made a small profit and secured rights to the 50c issue, will decide next week to execute or sell, for now zero risk full exposure. They will not fill 40mio in this market and will end up with authorised headroom in reserve, or have to use it all to raise less than they want. Stop lying to people.

This hit the alerts for possible oversold, was almost an automatic buy, had a look at the terms and shame on you posting about how good this is for existing shareholder. All they have to do is hold on and they can average down!

40mio will not be raised from existing shareholders as part of rights issue, when it comes time anyone who wants will be able to ring up and throw money at the company. Why hold knowing there is a guaranteed discount placing coming with 80m shares about to be dumped on the market. Anyone with weight should be calling an EGM to get the imbecile who thought this plan up sacked!
