This is an incredible growth stock for 2019 has the potential for an uplift of 400 to 500%. This is not just a figure plugged from the air this is based on the following key growth factors:

1. Bushveld Vametco will not only reaching its current throughput capacity of 3700 mtv in the first two quarters of 2019 and then with the plant upgrade to 5000 mtv in the second part of 2019 is moving towards completing early. This could bring a target for 2019 at around 4000 mtv.

2. Operation costs including taxes for Vametco coming all in at less than $35,000 per tonne with selling prices likely to be a minimum of $85,000 per tonne rising mid-year with increased demand to $125,000 to $150,000.

3. Bushveld Energy will confirm the construction of the new Electrolyte plant which will produce up to 1000 MWh of electrolyte from their own vanadium. In phases from initial production of 200 MWh. This business will become part of one of the largest markets in the energy world.

4. Bushveld Energy will confirm supply contracts with their VRFB partner's supplying companies in South Africa with Eskom and others

5. Expect to see the confirmation of mining at the Brits from 3rd quarter of 2019 with supplies into Vametco which is only next door (just over 1000m away). It will become a continuation of the existing mine.

6. Expect to have confirmation of an existing brownfield site to come under the ownership and control of Bushveld Minerals later this year which will give additional capacity for processing up to 10,000 tonnes per year. This will de-risk the operation at Vametco.

7. News when the Mokopane Licence arrives has potential capacity in the long term produce 20,000 to 25,0000 tonnes of V205 per year from the world’s largest high-grade resource. When this is finally announced it will be transformational to the global requirement for vanadium for VRFB.

8. Lemur Coal asset, the company is maximising the asset value for this project which will supply into a joint venture power station in Madagascar. This asset which is not a core part of the business is likely to be floated or sold depending on which will create the best cash return for Bushveld Minerals.

9. New partnerships being confirmed for VRFB and Electrolyte Leasing agreements potentially being brokered by our new broker BMO.

This company will grow very quickly, and revenue income will be incredibly strong indeed going forward. This will reward very well those who invest here especially with patience to see the growth through. This is not really a trading stock. It is a phenomenal growth investment that from our current stock price will reward new investors very handsomely.

Gambitxjs - Yes that is a significant number for a "junior minor". Most medium-size companies would be delighted with that number.

Q4 update will outline the progress by BE and outline the program for 2019.

what we may not see is the tenders being bid for, as you would not gove this information about contracts you are working on till they are awarded. We may not see this until Q2 2019 update. By then we will be seeing the progress on the Plant in East London (South Africa)and news on the pilot electrolyte development being installed at Vametco.

Either way despite the doubters, Bushveld Energy will be news which will take the share price to the predictions I have suggested. With of course capacity expansion at Vametco. Which as I have and BBN has agreed will likely be completed way ahead of the end of the year. At which point the pressure on the vanadium prices will be well and truly back on.

Every renewable solar and wind farm projects will need a VRFB! Long life, deep storage capacity, no cooling systems required to keep the temperature controlled. Everything is in the best place for VRFB to succeed as long as we can get the supply of vanadium sorted. Which with our resource should be the bag.

These systems help extend the capabilities of variable energy sources like wind and solar, making it possible to use them as more than intermittent, supplementary power sources.”

Beyond this it would be hard to calculate but renewable energy storage will be a huge market and Bushveld is best placed in Africa to take full advantage in the global time frame when Africa could just become the next China with serious investment with current low earning levels it has huge growth potential and power to towns and villages is key to growth.

Expect dividends going forward in the range 3% to 5% per annum of the share price.

How much more do you need from an investment? Very good reason to Invest.

On subject - ever since I have read this board and been here you have always been 100% open about your T20’s.
Amazing that every time we have those that may short turn up on the board start trying to turn other investors in to doubting all our serious convictions. Yet we all know that the largest gains here are still to be had. As last BH term holders the real price is coming when the SP is much higher and then dividends kick in which will bring regular pension payments or income.
Why did we think this? Because for years the research and knowledge built up here and the insight and confidence that the directors running this business have driven goals. Unlike many who build a picture and then cut and run.
Our board of directors have vision and want to see the world changed and build a legacy that South Africa can be proud of.
Not your normal AIM or even UK company. They and we are here for the long term. In the meantime we also have very important and concerning matters close at home.

Have a look at Voltstorage they seem to have a pretty compact production unit available for sale. This is comparable to the Tesla Power Wall.

Paludina, that was a great find.
The fact that companies like StorEn and Voltstorage are coming about now, creating competition in the at home market means that this is a sector with real growth potential. They we can be sure won’t be the last.
There was a list of great adavantages within there right up.
One key step is the 25 year life span, that is quite a step compared to Lit-Ion. They mention 50% of the battery life on Lit-ion is gone after 5 years. I guess Tesla need to change to VRFB quickly otherwise they are going to be left behind with a flat battery.
Bushveld Energy units are more likely to focus on the larger batteries rather than the home versions. But if they market is proven it is not hard to break in or buy out a small player, if they desired.
If only more house builders and industrial unit builders would start to build with this technology as standard. That would be the move that will help reduce any countries carbon foot print.

That relationship and its potential will blow the socks off anyone with any investment concerns, with where we envisage we are going. Quite how Fortune and Mikhail and the team have managed to build these incredible bridges, to set this in place, is truly mind blowing.

That total collaboration with the potential in South Africa, as well as the rest of the African continent as it goes through its own evolution and China growth moment over the next ten years, will make this company a multi-billion pound company. Don’t forget that the relationships between China and the African nations have been forged through many political alignments, where many African Nations have sided with China in many UN votes and in return, China has invested infrastructure projects and industry. The first need and foremost in any new development of a region, is power! So, through partnerships Bushveld Energy has the potential to be absolutely huge as the first truly "African Energy Storage Supplier" utilising African resource and with the built-in Africa label which will please any nationalistic African.

Timing is just perfect. Once others open their eyes to this and see the light, they will truly regret not being in invested in this company.

Risks - not many. We will have 2 or 3 mines, minimum of two processing plants, at least one electrolyte plant, a VRFB assembly plant (joint venture), an electrolyte leasing company (joint venture).

Supplying 25,000 to 35,000 mtv per year and producing a minimum of 1000 MWh of electrolyte (if everything takes of most likely 4 times that by 2025 to 2027).

Company Valuation - 2028 - ten years from now if VRFB technology becomes "Number 1" in energy storage for Grid and Off-Grid - Potentially 15 to 20 billion - who knows. It will be a big number. We won’t be talking about China, we will be talking about Africa.

Alfa - That book you are righting will sell better than any Warren Buffet book!

Yes Alfa - 15 to 20 Billion!

Yes in real money that is around £15 to £20 per share.

And relax - and we are worried about 1p here and 1p there. I wouldn't sell just yet folks.

Keep researching and lest see what happens in the VRFB world over the next two years!

Hope they put a little vanadium in the wall to make it lighter weight. It will need corrosion resistance too!
That is a lot of steel for the US going into that. It will make HS2 look like a tiddler project!
