The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
ImaRight so these houses that you want available for everyone to buy, should they all look the same? If you work harder and earn more money are you allowed a nicer house?
You def sound like a Commie to me
@ImaRight
I'm not sure what your obsession is with landlords are you a communist ? Anyway I'd take exception to your claim that youngsters can't afford their own home. I know several lads in their twenties who have bought their first properties but then they're grafters who think nothing of doing a 6 or 7 day week.
People need to make their choices in life and I'm afraid anyone who thinks they're going to buy a house doing a 4 day week at home on a laptop is delusional.
'I smell overheating Gammon'
Hahahaha lefties love to dish out the insults but tell them a bloke in a dress ain't a lady and the skinny armed little cry babies go running off to plod quick smart lol
I find the SNP and Humza Yousaf deeply sinister but it's important to note that Scottish Labour leader Anas Sarwar does not support the removal of the SNPs new 'Hate Law'.
The definition of a hate crime is 'any crime that the victim or anyone else perceived as being motivated at least in part by ill will, malice or prejudice against a social group’.
The JK Rowling row aside, the real purpose of this new law is to make criticism of mass immigration and Islamists illegal.
The SNP may lose a few seats over this but unfortunately they will likely be replaced by Labour who will without doubt and with great joy inflict this abomination of a law on the rest of the UK.
'No point in them laying out their plans now'
Hahahaha hahahaha
Fkn hilarious that the same c nts who are doing everything to stop illegals being deported, who Ponce about with 'refugees welcome' signs are now criticising attempts to report the fkers
What labour gonna do?
You like mass illegal immigration though Nomlungo right?
'Starmer snubbed by the EU as Brussels refuses to re-open the Brexit deal'
Of course they'll refuse. They'll want complete capitulation and humiliation of the UK and they know Starmer is just the man to give it to them. Time to get on your knees again Keith!
'getting ready for a new more fiscally competent government.'
Hahahaha fkn lol
Labours recession of 2008-2009 was the worst recession since the war. My industry was devastated by it and it took at least 5 years to recover, sites literally closed their gates. Labour in their wisdom then decided to flood construction with cheap labour from poor eastern European countries, depressing wages for a decade. Lots of blokes I knew left construction and never came back.
Much to my embarrassment I was a labour voter back then mistakenly believing they were the party of the working class.
This country was in a great place in 2020 until COVID. It wrecked everything which was why Labour thrived on it. Gave them a chance to lord it with their control freakery and as Starmer knew full well, it was destroying the economy.
Labour have zero to offer but more misery
quite honestly, as a bloke, i would be thoroughly fkn ashamed if my kids had to get food from a food bank. i don't care if i was separated, divorced or dead, my kids would never have to get food from a food bank. i sympathise with some women who've really been left in the lurch but they're a minority and where's the old man? why ain't he being chased down and forced to pay for his kids?
as for nurses on a minimum £35k a year having to go to food banks, ffs what a load of ******, they're either eating too much or they need to get their s hit together with a calculator.
Mick B. What on earth are you trying to achieve posting your nonsense ? It's all so performative isn't it?
Same as the other plonker StickyToffeeTwt.
I believe they call it 'communal narcissism', those who consider themselves the most caring person in his or her social surroundings and they use left wing activism to satisfy their grandiose needs.
Apparently ' communal narcissists place a lot of value in presenting themselves in a positive light, but rarely, if ever, live up to their lofty ideals away from the public eye. A virtuous image is important to them, even if this image is built on nothing but a foundation of sand.'
Lol.
'…Property prices in Germany have suffered a record fall, deepening the malaise gripping in Europe’s biggest economy.
Average house prices fell by 8.4pc across 2023, official figures show, marking the sharpest fall since Germany’s statistics office started keeping records at the start of the millennium.
German families have also been hit by soaring living costs as wages have struggled to keep pace with high inflation. As a result, demand for housing plunged 37pc last year as fewer people could afford to buy.'..
I'm working on new build today, it's ramping up again big time. From where I'm standing leaving the EU was a glorious decision. Don't let Starmer and his Marxist stormtroopers drag us back in.
NuckyT, you think a £2.4 billion investment into the UK is a bad thing?
Mick B is looking forward to the blasphemy laws labour will be bringing in.
Alongside the SNPs ' hate law' about to come into power in Scotland we appear to be heading for totalitarianism much quicker than even I expected.
The BBC has had to apologise for falsely calling the Reform party far right lol. Let's hope Tice sues them.
Maybe they should of run it past their ministry of truth warrior Marianna Spring. She runs BBC Verify, the pompous arbiter of the BBC's version of truth. I'm sure the fact that she was caught lying on her CV has no bearing on her ability to report the truth.
No StickyToffeeTwt, I made the RIGHT choice for me and my family. It might not of been the right choice for you but that's how it works.
Oh and Fck Bloomberg and their EU patsy in chief Mark Carney.
Mick B
And yet my business in construction has made more money in the last 2 years than any year in the previous 15. Get out and graft and make your money work instead of the collective sulk that your lot have been in for the last 5 years.
We're staring down the barrell of a large majority labour UK government, Khans labour dominating London, Labour run Wales and SNP Scotland.
Alistair Campbell wants a 'Truth and Reconciliation Panel' to publicly shamed the patriots and libertarians who voted to leave the EU, Hamza Yousaf wants to 'eradicate' all Tory's from Scotland. This is just what they're saying in public.
The Labour run Welsh Senedd spent £200k banning GB news to protect its staff from 'hate'. Clearly they're unable to make an informed decision on their own.
I predict we'll be saying the word 'hate' and 'hateful ' a lot over the next few years for any dissenting opinion.
