Well you are sort of correct they are loan notes and when the shares do get issued to Sibanye it's looking like they will be keeping them and taking the dividend when NEO start paying one imo dyor gla

In a few years time NEO will be buying Sibanye with the way it's panning out gla

And how dilutive would it have been to dig out all the underground infrastructure and buy all the assets that are included in this deal? we would have ended up with 10x as many shares in issue than we are going to end up with after this deal and waited 5 years for production imo it's well worth the price .

They had already said that on completion of all the acquisitions that there would be c2.5b shares in issue and that is why Sibanye-Stillwater will be our largest shareholder. It's still a bloody good deal imo dyor gla
