Ok just some more info on Caracal Gold - JB used to be there Finance Director back when they were doing an IPO and DGWA Finest Financial Engineering were doing promotional work for the company.

I did a bit of research into "DGWA Finest Financial Engineering" who JB tweeted about this morning -

Q holing all the shares I've had a look at the CMC CapX site and they offer different services to clients ( I'm no expert ) but there could be a tax reason or a maximum holding reason where AUO are buying as a CFD ?? I'm just surmising but that is all we can do until we get more info,

anyway we have the Finals due by the end of June I think it is so we will know more then.

I've had a read of the RNS regarding the investment agreement and it seems to me ( and I'm no expert) that at the time it was drawn up it was a good deal for the company. I suggest that investors read it and come to their own conclusion.

Investment and Co-Development Partnership with Q Global Commodities Group

I did notice that around the same time as this agreement was reached that JB was touting the company floating on the AIM which I found interesting, anyway it seemed that he/the board changed their stance in favour of a Standard Listing which hopefully will have soon.

There was no forward selling and AUO keep all the shares they get because they invest to eventually get a dividend return.

Cant see many traders trading MARU - the majority of trades today were buys, I'm keeping most of my shares for the dividend return.

I've said before that I will make a small top slice when they get to c10p and that will be for only 10% of my holding the rest I will be keeping a tight hold of .. gla
