NASDAQ down 4.5% - official correction on tech stocks.
Hopefully with the NASDAQ being down over 10% in a week, we may see a bounce soon when the bottom is found...
Fingers crossed - alternatively a buying opportunity for the brave (and longer term investor who can see the value here)

This has got to be a target for US Vulture capitalists surely, if price continues to sag, post good results?

The key question is "Did You're Having a Laugh actually buy any SPT shares at or around 228p?"
Or were they still too expensive?

Nasdaq composite up 0.5%....perhaps tech stocks are somewhere near the bottom??
Also SPT should be due to bring out a year end trading update shortly - last year RNS was issued 18/1/21.

Only 212,500 shares traded in first 5 hours - looks like big seller is out?
Just needs a change in sentiment to tech stocks and / or preferably some decent results out from SPT to get this moving north again.

I've continued to add - there must however be a fund reducing their holding here.
Despite massive buys going through, the share price keeps dropping, so someone has shares to sell at these daft prices.
I'm hoping for an RNS update soon, that whoever the seller is has finally closed their position.

Added more £2.495 - the year end trading update should be out next week.
Last year SPT low price was £2.28 and business has grown both through acquisition and organic growth by c10%
No debt, cash rich. Hopefully dividends will keep on coming!
Only risk is H2 slowdown caused by inflation and move away from high rated tech stocks to banks etc IMO.

Also added more this morning on the drop - its just traders selling off the Nasdaq stocks due to fears of earlier interest rate rises impacting significantly higher rated stocks in US than in UK. I expect tech stocks will be back in favour in a week or so...

Short*rs using their 2 tools of trade = fear and panic, combined with their media mates to continue to write old, bad news stories dissing BOO at the weekend......Hmm, perhaps they want to buy your shares cheaply??
Nothings changed here financially and ironically. potentially more lockdowns which will be good for BOO.
I'm hoping there will be an announcement from the BOD soon, ideally that they have finance in place to take the company private - I'd love to see the short*rs ****ting themselves with a decent bid to take private.

Annual report 31 March 2021.Revenue £31.8m, underlying EBITDA £3.7m, underlying profit before tax £2.4m. Cash £6m

23.8m shares at 98p = £23.3m market capex. With £4.4m cash and no debt.
Last year made £2.4M profit.
Share price is clearly a nonsense!

Actually I think he's realised that if he wants to do more M&A, he needs to get share price back up to a reasonable level - otherwise he is going to struggle to raise funds from the City at any sort of decent price, without massive dilution.
The answer is clear - get the £40m of acquisitions already purchased to start to perform by adding new contracts and growing business organically....

MMs dropping price down hard to shake out shares - no doubt we will see some late reported big buys later..

Fabulous trade update with revenue, EBITDA and cash all upgraded (again!) by Somero.
I just can't get my head around why people are selling at £5.00 - at least 10% undervalued IMO.
Expecting a second wave of buyers here, as soon as a wider audience sees the value here - probably will be tipped by Investors Chronicle as a stonking buy for share price growth and mega dividend.

Basically the news at the presentation was the same as the HY results. We are all waiting for contract updates (hopefully some new contract wins which typically come in Q3 and Q4) and trusting that they can deliver at least the same revenue as last year.
Profits should be better as margins have improved.
The new location in the Netherlands sounds interesting.
Basically share is cheap as chips at current price, no debt, profitable. Just needs some contract wins and / or coverage by the financial press to get the share price moving again.

Interesting article by Marshall Wace who are probably one of the biggest shorter funds, who thrive on driving UK share prices down and instead are happy to blame company boards for poor share prices
- because BOD apparently have been putting dividends for pensioners ahead of driving growth..
Laughable..

I'm a bit surprised that people are selling these shares around 20p today - Okay a bit of profit taking, but surely these shares could push up hard with a just bit of media coverage over the weekend, linking the new variant and mentioning in same article progress made by Scancell with their human COVIDITY trial phase 1. Also the partnership with the Scientists at the Centre on Global Virus infections.
- Isn't today's new of the new variant, exactly what we as Investors have been looking for in the way that Investors got excited with NCYT, AVCT, SNG etc back in Spring 2020....
