(Alliance News) - SkinBioTherapeutics PLC on Wednesday said that a partner has plans to undertake additional studies on SkinBiotix, which could enhance its commercial potential.

SkinBioTherapeutics is a Newcastle Upon Tyne, England-based life science company focused on skin health. Its partner Sederma is a division of Croda International PLC, a Yorkshire, England-based speciality chemicals company.

SkinBioTherapeutics first signed a commercial agreement with Croda in November 2019, under the terms of which Sederma was made responsible for the development, manufacturing and commercialisation of SkinBiotix technology.

The further studies are expected to take an additional three to four months, and would run from November 2023 through to the first quarter of 2024.

Any licensed products resulting from the agreement with SkinBioTherapeutics will be sold to Croda's global portfolio of Personal Care division customers.

Cellular Goods shares jump after deal with cosmetic retailer Sephora

(Alliance News) - Shares in Cellular Goods PLC more than doubled to 1.45 pence in London on Wednesday following the reveal of a product placement deal with cosmetics retailer Sephora.

Cellular Goods PLC is a London-based skincare and wellness company providing consumer products formulated with lab-produced cannabinoids.

Cellular Goods said it has entered into a contract with Paris-based beauty and cosmetics retailer Sephora to make the company's 'Look Better' skincare range available for purchase on Sephora.co.uk from the second half of May.

Chief Executive Darcy Taylor said: "I'm delighted that our products will be going on sale at Sephora.co.uk. The launch bridges the gap between customer awareness and sales by making it easier for customers to purchase our products.

"We're confident that our effective next-generation skincare formulations will appeal to their existing customers and encourage them to try our CBG-powered products."
