I'm hoping the get to sell the 300 BOD at international prices soon. But being forced to cut by the OPEC agreement they will surely drag their feet on every barrel they can. Otherwise they have to pist off the big boys by cutting their production. Why allow one to increase when you don't have to and them make another decrease.
