I write to support The Crystal Amber Fund request that a committee (comprising the non-executive directors) be established with a mandate to investigate certain matters. Principally (in lay terms):-

1. Why Bonds were not bought back until August 2021, at only a discount of 22%. And not at any earlier time, when a discount of up to 70% was available

2. Why circa $17 million was expended on a restructuring plan which the High Court rejected out of hand.

Same old story, short term view being expressed, with head buried in the snow!
As to the fact that the world/ Governments are finally waking up to the only logical solution to solving our future problems, it's definitely not Boris's, build a few more thousand wind turbines. DYOR, and take into account the business approach being taken to realistically resolve the problem.
It definitely isn't rocket science as they say.
And to add do not consider choosing to play poker as a money making venture as you are without doubt an open book.

Indeed that could well be correct, but that realistically isn't the point being made, little time involved, to let the people that matter know that we are not very happy with the great unwashed being treated with disrespect and contempt.
And logically it follows that they should in future, realistically realise that we are not willing to see the BoD's extract the urine, with an attempt to rob each and everyone of us again, and take the necessary steps to immediately reclaim our present losses!

So true, but should we not be escalating this initiative by us all emailing the FCA.
Every little helps, to establish that we are united, and are no longer willing to accept a board of directors, who treat their PI's with contempt.
I'm still struggling to find the email address needed to start this new campaign, which could be considered pointless, but as said from small acorns great oak trees grow!
But if nothing else it will indicate to the BOD's that collectively be can be a thorn in their side! So collectively let's determine the best approach to letting the FCA know our thoughts!

You might I suggest that you definitely need to carry out more research before posting a response.
As per usual your red herrings indicate such beyond any reasonable doubt!
Why does Alaska need an all weather port?
Research will tell you that the Russians solve their problems of bringing product to the world markets buy using ice breaker tankers.
Research will tell you that the Alaskan state are proposing as an interim measure building a gas pipeline from the North slope to the North coast. Question is why?
The common sense answer is this will enable them to generate the finance to build a gas pipeline to an all weather port, alongside TAPS. As is the reasoning behind their proposed infrastructure to build a gas grid to supply their energy needs to the masses, obviously in this regard I have to qualify, that they will need to be selective in their distribution of said infrastructure.
I'll concluded by suggesting that the following is apt from small acorns great oak trees grow!

I'd suggest Scot126, that common sense dictates that the infrastructure needed could not possibly take place over night,however if you DYOR, this will indicate that all the ducks are lining up, to my suggested conclusion in this regard.

1 Natural gas and oxygen from an Air Separation Unit enters the reformer.

2 A partial oxidation reaction takes place, with the output flowing through the catalyst bed which performs the reformation.

3 The synthetic gas produced is then separated, creating pure streams of hydrogen (H2) and CO2

4 The CO2 is transported by pipeline to be permanently stored deep underground.

5 The hydrogen is transported for use in power, industry, heat and transport.

We now need a well constructed template for emails to be sent to FCA.
