Incanthera deal has been delayed, Tim McCarthy is the Chair of both companies meaning the f-wit can't even do a deal with himself, such is the measure of his management skill.

When you've paid yourself £70k for the first year wherein you've produced nothing. Spending £500 for a ticket form LA to secure another £70/100k for doing nothing is the least he could do.

If they really wanted to meet investors they would have held their AGM in Central London , mid-morning and then had the investor presentation afterward. Holding them separately (and the AGM at 08.00 in East London) is a cynical ploy to avoid awkward questions and ensure the motions go through without issue.

I bet barely any investors show up to the AGM and if they live outside of London, they won't then be coming back in to the 'drinks' a few days later. What a waste of time.

Steve - I didn't arrange an investor meeting in a pub. I warned them not to last week but they arrogantly went ahead anyway.

This company has deramped itself and I think people are waking up.

A few weeks ago I defended this company vigorously against people like BrokermanDan but now I think he's actually got a point. I'm no fan of his but I think ALGW is just another 'Ramp and Raise' operation to line the pockets of brass plate directors. Huge claims and no delivery as usual, I feel stupid like everyone else falling for th hype.

People are hanging onto the hope there will be a contract announcement but if there was, then surely Danny and crew would want to grandstand the whole thing and have an AGM people could get to and meetings. But no.

I think you'll see a flakey 'new product' RNS sometime at the end of Feb with a description of something hardly anyone can understand, just enough for a couple of meetings in the city.

horse1 - Yes, I think they were told or instructed to drop it. Something along those lines. As previous posters have indicated, makes little or no sense to drop your holding at the cusp of something transformational but KK were doing it before the next flow. It's quite clear that their opportunist 'dumping' has temporarily thrown water on the fire.

Next piece of news will hopefully see the value restoration.

It' worth pointing out that to drop nearly 10% of your holding like KK did then they must have started quite a bit before the announcement of the 17th Jan. Just on normal daily volume and the share concentration move large amounts out would require a lot of buying pressure which the deal RNSs created.

The 'theory' also explains the reason why the NOMAD announcement took us a little up to the wire on the 30th Jan.

Folks - I would suggest that GCM were told to let go (or significantly reduce) the Kilkenny holding by their new NOMAD. Have a look at the link below and Kilkenny stink to high heaven. Their association might also impinge any DD scrutiny the proposal present.

As for the cash situation. Last May 2018 - McCarthy Stated this.

'So, the overall message I think that I’d like to leave everyone is that following the cash call earlier this year, we are in a very strong position cash wise and we’ve got certain committed expenditures on the R&D side but even accounting for those, without taking on anymore R&D expenditure at the moment, we’ve certainly got enough money for the next 3 or 4 years.'

I've spoken to him since, just before Christmas and this is still the case. Naturally it would help if the Incanthera deal was completed.
