With the seller out the way (by the looks of it) and a re-balance to the NASDAQ level due, I can see this flying on Monday and for the rest of the week.

They had a little over 3m shares and had the perfect selling opportunity with the announcement this week, hence why the buying pressure faded.

I think that 'reduction' of 1% yesterday was a deliberate ploy to spook the retail holders. The reduction was nothing and if there was a concern then you would have dropped half. It was playing games.

Woodford have had a terrible could of years and they know where this is going so are manipulating the ass of it to get as many as low as they possibly can.

Pretty sure the FCA might catch up with them though.

NoMark - They must have been hit with a lot of calls today. This is AIM at it's worst and reputation ally damaging.

I've reported the AIM listing to the FCA for investigation just after lunch today. We all expect some manipulation but whoever has don this has overstepped the mark.

PP - I've been very bullish on this but the behaviour of the MMs and Brokers today has been a disgrace to the market. I can't believe the authorities and the index can just watch this happen and not do anything about it.

It completely erodes confidence in the market when a handful of people can get away with doing this type of thing.

I've said this a lot but I think this 'delay' could be seen as a blessing and opens the door for the possible bundling of some provisional funding agreement (MOU) or the like.

They are not just going to put an RNS out stating 'Just sent it off 1st Class Recorded fingers crossed' .

I think it was good that the company released this update before the deadline. Let's face facts, most nickel and dime AIM companies would have left it til Monday to inform the market.

At least these guys are being proactive and open about this. I can see something coming over the fence next week.

Also, it's gives a chance for them to get provisional funding agreement in place.
