Never been into "property" a few of my friends are, they did get early gains but noting like my stock gains.

no one i know likes owning rentals either, hassle for life imo and not my thing.

that is real life changing money, but just happy with these massive gains with what I do make on Stocks which has allowed me to stop work.

I hate the stock, will be selling up maybe now upto div day and not claim the div.

I like the divs it's helps but no gains or very little. I'll put half of my sales in IAG and 1/2 in Lgen for the better div.

I list all my stocks out in the open and figures, you cannot win, you don't list people call you a lair , you do list what you have done people say it's crass. Dammed if you do dammed if you don't , just leave me along you weirdo !!

Thriller40 I am not though although they are up and slowly rising, I am up 8.4% on IAG, happy days.

I still say wait till results day on IAG it's due soon and imo will be £2 by xmas this year.

Thriller40 the thing is it pays me divs and I live in hope to see 60p :-) I am selling 1/2 of them this year though after div day unless they hit 45p before div day and I will sell 1/2 then, just hoping for a rise tomorrow on them.

I do hate them though.
