Hello everyone,

From where we were just 3 months ago I for one am not complaining, gold price needs to rise (which I am sure it will, Tax year end is soon and ISA additions imminent)

Other gold stocks are looking good as people are interested in gold as a buffer/investment.

I confess taking a little out of my holding but feel that I am overexposed at the moment.(2.5%)

Friday was a good omen to me - punters will look over the W/E and maybe choose MTL.

Not complaining - It basically is doing what is on the can.

The point I would like to make to all LTHs is that we now have an "Active" stock, not to be sniffed at in the current mood of the markets and politics in general.
If there is a "Little" profit along the way - why not? I for one do not mind - it stimulates the bank balance and is good for the spirit - but you run the risk of getting caught out!!!!
let us hope for a steady rise through the year and we will all be happy - remember I originally bought at the high 10 years ago and have modulated my holding accordingly to help compensate -which has now paid off.
They have a good, sound structure and keep us informed - maybe one day we may even have a dividend!!!

It may have been a cold winter but it is starting to warm up considerably, I am looking forward to the spring - and yes - I have put some more in my ISA. On the mid morning dip.

I think our support has helped - at least I hope so.

76 Trombones led the big parade.......

21st Feb I will be 76.

I have no Trombone - but I have a grand piano - which I have had so much prime time sorting spares and reconditioning.

I think the 21st would suit me - by then it will be playable, and in reasonable shape - it also gives the gold price a few weeks to mature

Just need a little more interest before the announcement to have a good stating point for the development of the sp.

I am now in the process of restoring a 100 yr old grand piano - It has given me a new purpose in life
I have stripped it (they come apart quit easily) and there is so much information and spares available on the internet.
I have a 17 ft high ceiling in the lounge and it is 20ft sq -so well suited

I was involved in an accident when I was 25 which severed the tendons in my right hand - 50 50 whether I lost my arm - also broke my leg which necessitated a bone graft from my hip
And an intermedullary nail was inserted to help stabilise the leg.

These injuries have always haunted me and caused me to slow down and not participate as much as i would like - the piano is a real treasure - and so many parts - I was an engineer so it is like being at home/work

I have the room, I have the Time, just waiting for the serious money?
