Yes - Indeed sound structure - I personally cannot see that a "Takover" is anywhere in their minds.

They are working as a "Team", to be lost in a world of monygrabbing beurocratical knowalls would be alian to their philosophy.

Keep up the good work and many new ideas are in the pipeline - I am sure - to give away their spirit to "Fly by nights" is, in my opinion out of the question.

Yes there is competition - and, yes you may be able to make a fast buck but I have been here 15 years before it was AVACTA - it was then Curidium Medica if I remember right.

For me now it is a dream come true - and it ticks ALL the boxes.

Nobody seems to realise that this company is trying to help not only our country but the world.

They have done a hell of a lot of research which is paying dividends and they are possibly on the brink of an answer to get everybody healthy again - not only from COvid19 but cancers etc.

they have managed to collabarate with world leaders in various fields and this is the tip of the iceburg.

I have done a lot in my life but the one thing I need to do now is support them in their endeavour to eradicate this menace and bring things back to normality.

I once followed Gold but now my home is here - and I believe it is where i belong giving my money to help the new cause -

I am too old to need it back - I have enough - sad statement - I know but greed is the enemy.

I believe that one underlying factor in any Philippino licensing agreement is to support and sustain the natural environment and culture - which was the main reason I reinvested when I did.

Have we any knowledge of the workforces holdings of shares - if they have any?

If they do then any agreement which compromises their position will be tantamount to contravention of the licencing agreement.

Little did I realise what I had started in this, to me at the time it was just to bring us together in a common aim as a team.

Now it has developed and has proved it's worth, but, we still have the final challenge.

Will we need to use it, or is just the fact that we have come together in a common cause enough?

Time will tell, hopefully not much longer.

Just a big thanks to everyone for getting involved, particularly as I am probably one of the few to gain most out of it.

I had a look at their website today, and looked back at the last post of news.

"We may not be able to continue as a going concern" was mentioned ? (words may be slightly different but the context should be obvious)

We are in the lap of the gods ATM.

I have difficulty in accepting this comment, was it a pre-empt of their "delisting"/"Buyout"/"Sellout" - or were they being honest?:-().

Only time will tell but a few names might never mean the same again in the "Market".

Let's hope I am talking out of my box. Thank God for AVCT.
