Chesh does make a good point, warrants mean cash in the bank which is handy when we’re a high growth co. and increasing our lab space again and adding level 3 labs so short term pain for longer term gain.

I’m surprised there aren’t lots of HNWIs or otherwise willing to take these large tranches of cheap shares from the warrant holders. Market cap seems dirt cheap to me.

It must be warrant holders selling to make decent profit as IMO this is basement prices and crazy cheap. Perhaps the buyers are waiting but hopefully when it bounces it’ll be hard.

I would’ve been a HNWI had I put more into AVCT, SNG and MIRI rather than holding here!! To be fair I’ve done well here but largely due to my low MWG buys and this is my largest holding and am sure we’ll be nearer to 100p than 30p come July 1st so am relaxed. I see a lot of upside here and in the near term. Look at our market cap and we’re high growth with amazing protected tech (MWG), AI and a huge moat with all our skin data so am more confident than ever. As I said sentiment is shot but will be rebuilt over the coming weeks and months.

That’s nonsense. I’m a TP client and was offered the MWG raise last Jan but was in St Lucia and missed the call and opportunity. I was vetted and had to go through their compliance team but didn’t need proof of holdings and explained my trading history and had a kinda 10/15 min chat to them and that was that. I was also inside on AVCT when they raised at 120p but I was already holding and was pretty ****ed (at the time) they were raising.

Anyway, that’s by the by the question is will these transactions create shareholder value for those who don’t take part in these raises and I believe they will whixh is why I’m holding.

First off this share price is frustrating and sadly there does seem to be a trust/credibility issue which can be rescued with exceeding expectations. They did so last year revenue-wise and should do this year. It seems crazy we generated £2.4m in Q4 so pro rata is £9.6m FY and with MWG generating at least £3.6m surely am upgrade in guidance can be expected and although GB couldn’t say this in an interview it could appear in the next RNS or early Q2.

Muggins you moaned about falling MWG revenue but how about £3.6m in orders in Q1, you have to say that’s impressive and it goes to show you can use 3rd parties to sell rather than having costly in-house sales teams.

It’s less than £3m to China which is great for us as shareholders but not particularly newsworthy. That said once phase 3 real-time wastewater testing is completed and we’re taking orders I’m sure all of China’s provinces will be ordering and that will be newsworthy!

What’s your angle? If you’re short I understand your persistent posting as you’d have a financial interest but if not it’s a little odd. You’re obviously happy with PCR and NCYT should clearly milk it while they can but the market is looking forwards and although there will be a place for PCR they usage will surely drop markedly once reliable LFTs are available and on a large scale.

Anyway, chill out and assuming you have faith in your investments enjoy yourself. Remember AVCT will use less than 25% of the money raised for diagnostics and the remainder for therapeutics.

Either way, relax and if you really believe AVCT to be overvalued take a short out and then at least you don’t seem so odd with it taking up a lot of your time.

Some good news on SNG and AVCT so I’m a happy lad and looking forward to regaining momentum here.

Paulcon, as I said I like Gerry and think he has great vision re seeing opportunities re great tech that needs to be effectively re-purposed/commercialised. I don’t think he’s a very good presenter (look at MIRI, AVCT, SNG CEOs and how they present, I see them a lot as have invested there) and I certainly don’t think his tweeting positive for a PLC that wants to attract fund managers and more sophisticated investors. It’s good for little dodgy AIM pump and dump PLCs but not for a serious co looking to cut it with the big boys.

He has a few posters who clearly have an agenda against him and he seemingly gives them more and more ammunition. Sentiment pretty shot but as I said I believe in the vision , the fundamentals but am frustrated with the amateur side of Gerry on social media. To be fair the most important part of his job is to create sustainable shareholder value and I believe he’ll do so but I hope he can learn to wind his neck in on social media.

I believe GB needs to chill on BBs and social media. I used to be for it but I think some of the tweets are unprofessional and do not reflect well. It’s amateurish and this one from yesterday disrespectful to DVRG holders as she sold to finance her buy in MSYS and I’m surprised our chairman doesn’t tell him to wind his neck in -

I like enthusiasm and like GB and have faith but he needs to grow up a little and act like a CEO of listed co but like he’s running a tin-pot family business.
