Hope you’re well. Hopefully we get some positive news before the FY RNS.

GB can check the register. I still hold 450k but have sold over 1m 30p+. I’ve lost some (on paper) to be fair but kept a fair whack of cash so am lucky.

Anyway, I’m desperate for this to come good and have got plenty of friends and family invested so feel bad. Gerry is likely reading BBs and interacting with minor retail holders rather than evaluating the divisions and what needs to be done short m, medium and long term.

Chris, what do you think labskin did last year? Look at how much MWG contributed (RNSs) which is over £6m so labskin has stagnated at best. GB chasing rainbows and forgetting bread and butter IMO. He has likely spanked far much more than planned on skintrustclub hence we are where we are.

We should have a divisional breakdown with KPIs like a proper PLC yet we report and behave like a tinpot minnow which with the current state of play we are.

GB meant to create sustainable shareholder value but we are below the share price from discounted raise 3 years ago. Shocking. Re-read Shark’s post and tell me what you disagree with.

Chris he took cash (albeit less than actually owed) rather than shares as did the FD as they knew what was coming. Poor. The recent but does not hide the fact.

Spread us too thin financially. Certainly not with head count.

My view is that GB took his eye off the labskin (b-b) ball which was our bread and butter and has spanked for too much on skintrustclub which is a vanity project IMO. He has spread us too thin, clear as day. Shocking from a CEO.

I don’t think the market thinks the CEO makes the best decisions! A sorry state of affairs but he needs to keep his head down and start delivering. He’s very good at spending money (and boasting about head count) but the last finance deal demonstrates he’s not trusted and jam tomorrow is no more. Time to put up or shut up (leave). He needs to finally start writing transparent RNSs and up his professionalism.

Nail on the head Sharkfund. Absolutely spot on. Market thinks the same, hence the share price. Katie even knows he’s in trouble, she seemed sympathetic.

Hopefully he has people around him who can direct him, what the bloody NEDs should be doing. The headcount is worrying, we were meant to be about collaboration. Anyway, I’ll move on but the CEO has certainly make this a lot more risky. The opposite of his job.

Clearly we have a much bigger database (genuinely the biggest there is) and more clients and competition raises awareness. What I prefer on theirs is the collection method, an adhesive patch would seemingly ensure better collection.

Anyway, there’s is more expensive and we should major on the number of years we’ve been working in the space as well as the world’s biggest database which would mean the most accurate results.

These guys clearly hold shares so post on the BB and rightly think there is value here or they would sell. What is odd is you posting incessantly without a position. You’re (you are) either disingenuous or odd. Likely a bit of both.

What’s your angle? So many posts, it’s a little odd given you’re not invested.

I will no longer post about the CEO, I’ve made my view clear and I hope I’m wrong and he is the man to take us forward as the potential here is massive. I am nervous re the debt as have seen what it’s done to other PLCs but if we are able to pay the loans off in full it will work well and we will hopefully become a much larger co.

Again, i respect Gerry and hope he does well as it’ll benefit us holders.

Definitely not CEO and I’m pretty sure the city agrees. I think a NED. Had they not have bought MWG (a great tie up) I doubt SKIN would have grown 10%. MWG surely at least £6m of revenue so labskin I suspect stagnant (less than £10m booked).

He’s always over promised. I remember all of the fanfare re Parity Group. His intentions are good but he’s not a CEO. The recent finance deal illustrates he is sadly not trusted.

Can’t disagree with too much of that. The finance route they have taken is for basket cases, that’s what SKIN was when GB took it over and he did well but has illustrated why he’s not the person to take it to the next level. A shame but he’s bitten off more than he can chew and given his holding should probably step aside to someone more suited. GB a smart guy (an engineer) and clearly has vision and a lot to offer but doesn’t have the characteristics to take a small co to much bigger and better things. Potential here massive. Really hope it’s realised. Glad I only have 1/3rd of holding left as I’d be more concerned.

No point on selling down here. From plenty of cash at interim to being told on the trading update EBITDA positive but no cash balance given. Said it all. This recent finance deal illustrates they’ve overspent on marketing or the like and it’s the only crap loan they’d get. He needs to go. HSBC give me better terms.

Oh and let’s not forget GB took a lump of cash rather than shares last year as we had a strong balance sheet. So he’s buy a relatively small number back. More slight of hand.

FYI I like GB and appreciate the turnaround of SKIN and Rinocloud/MWG acquisitions but I think a different CEO needed to take to the next level both from an operational/revenue POV, also making the group sustainable and having the city trust the CEO is needed which is clearly missing.

From a CEO point of view? I really don’t know as don’t move in those circles any more. Plenty are better equipped. GB has done well re turnaround but he’s not the man to create a larger PLC. He’s also not taken seriously or trusted IMO.

Even before Ukraine we were 50% down on last raise. What has he done with £10m from raise last year? He needs more cash to fund vanity project in US and could not go equity route so had no option. Anyone thinking he has done well is clueless. This is a basket care loan. I will let my shares ride as free carry and this does have huge potential.

I think it should be a case of thanks for reactions SKIN, a basket case and great Rinocloud and MWG acquisitions but now we need to move to the next level so someone else needs to take control. Thanks and good luck (maybe NED role).

Get a new CEO who has successfully run PLCs with industry experience and I bet we would rebound significantly. Maybe have GB as a NED.
