Gleb I've been invested here from the early days of SKIN and well before MWG was acquired and hold shares so have a view. We are not flush with cash so venturing on another partnership when PD and skintrustclub are at an early stage of commercialisation where resource snd cash is needed seems crazy. We should focus on those 2 massive opportunities and use the express ice finance to get them to a stage where they are cash generative. These mezzanine deals can and often end in tears. Looking to embark on another programme like this when that kinda finance is needed is stupid IMO. I think you'll find many feel the same as it's obvious.

Globally recognised brands. It’s embarrassing. He clearly has too many yes-people. Get PD commercially rolled out and scale up manufacturing as planned and the same for skintrustclub (all the marketing spend) and once they’re established and generating cash then start to spend elsewhere. Now we will take expensive finance and spend even more than needed before the other divisions are self-sufficient. Crazy.!

I think most are sick of LFTs. Surely holders can see we should be generating value from existing divisions where there is a lot going on and a lot needed cash and resource -wise. Spinning too many plates but clever especially when we are at an early stage with PD and skintrustclub in particular.

Also, who will be using them at home, paying for them to test water? I get the wellness bits but those of an age have an annual wellness test that screens for all of those things and more. Maybe that’s where the opportunity is selling to wellness providers but not b-c.

So commercially it seems iffy but more importantly we clearly do not have a lot of cash and surely should concentrate on our core competencies before spending very expensive money on this?! Can’t believe no one (shareholders not muggins) agrees.

I hold shares and would like the group to concentrate on generating shareholder value from what they are currently doing which is both time consuming and resource intensive. I would much rather get PD rolled out which will take a lot of manufacturing and support money (we have 12 months to pay loans back), skintrustclub will be draining cash in marketing and set up and now we have bitten more off. Just my view but with so much going on I prefer to invest resource there especially when using the loans we are using before biting off more which will have a long Dev time.

Surely this is an unwelcome distraction. More money being spent when we should be concentrating on getting PD rolled out and generating cash, labskin, skintrustclub etc. we are going to burn through cash.

What today?!

If it works how it’s planned to it should be rolled out on a much larger scale. Could and should be a game changer in detection and transformative for us. Here’s hoping!

On 28 Oct - The multiplex wastewater development trial is expected to last until the end of February 2022 and it is anticipated that revenue from these installations, on successful completion of the trial, will crystalize in the 2022 financial year .

On 11 Jan - In addition, installation of Government National Infrastructure trial equipment with a value of GBP480,000 was installed before year end, but not included in 2021 revenues. Project is ongoing and expected to complete late in Q1 2022.

On 11 March - The range of equipment includes Microtox(R) PD, for real-time detection of SARS-CoV-2 in wastewater treatment plants adding to existing data sampling units installed last year (RNS[ii]: 28th October 2021), extending the trials to April this year.

Today, 28 March - announces that the first six installations of Modern Water Post-Pandemic Microtox(R) PD pathogen detection systems in wastewater have been deployed to various sites in the UK which form part of t he Environmental Monitoring for Health Protection (EMHP) programme, led by the Joint Biosecurity Centre (part of NHS Test & Trace) , Defra, academia and water companies.

So from the above I assume they installed the equipment last year but only today have deployed the Covid surveillance element? Is that right? Although the first RNS in Oct implied the trial had started and would run until Feb. The above illustrates what some have been saying about their confusing and ambiguous RNSs.

Maybe they needed to meet face to face and they didn’t fancy heading north, They also don’t like heading east!

Okay not funny. I hope there is a legitimate reason but from Gerry’s response we didn’t submit a proposal which if that’s the case is negligent.

I used to be a GB happy clapper bit those days have long gone. GB’s posting a nonsensical reply on here poses more questions than before. Much like his RNSs.

I’m not sure what would be worse, either not knowing about it or losing the pitch having spent a lot of resource trying to win it.

Perhaps as we are still tearing in the UK so couldn’t pitch. Guess that would make sense.

To be honest that’s more than a little disappointing we didn’t win that. We claim to have the only real-time solution. The sales/pitch team struggling? Perhaps GB can tell us if we pitched and if not why not? ThTs not material.

Gwoods you’re either clueless or disingenuous. The loan precludes a raise unless after 12 months of any loan it’s not paid back. No raises for at least 12 months.

To be fair in order to negotiate and sign large deals you need a strong balance sheet and if it isn’t sufficiently strong you need to readily have access to capital. That’s what he has done recently so I get that. What is poor and has been since he took over is the communications and social media ramping. He also sets unrealistic goals and IMO tries to run before he can walk and I hope that won’t mean we’re badly over stretched financially.

The recent MWG orders all well and good but bearing in mind we are looking at £24m guided so a 140% uptick on last year so a 39% increase in orders isn’t great. The RNSs leave us with more questions than answers which has been the case for ages.

Hopefully we get a proper update at the FY RNS and a proper annual report (not saying to spend lots on it design-wise) with clear divisional breakdowns, KPIs etc.

It’s clear many have lost faith so hopefully the next few RNSs will turn things around. GB boats about office space, head count which all cost cash. He needs to start delivering.

I agree with Chris that the tech and potential massive. Hopefully it’s not being wasted with the wrong captain at the wheel.

Not sure why anyone is busting Chris’ balls. He’s simply given a view, holds shares snd is positive about the prospects. Fair enough.
