Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
From my cursory and non expert look she managed better under cross examination than Samsung's expert did previously. Clearly the lawyers lead them along by restricting what the frame of reference is. It looks like at one point the lawyer said you object to method a and b being combined which she affirms. But you didn't object to method c and d. To which she essentially replies these methods are so contraindicated that it wasn't worth staying your couldn't combine them
Near the end she discloses that she had spoken to a couple of the lead authors of some of the papers to check her interpretation. The lawyer did not like that as she had not previously disclosed that. Looking to strike some of that testimony. So basically she is saying I did my research and my standing as an expert allows me to check with r very people who wrote the papers so suck it up
Brandi Cossarts deposition is up on the ptab site

I see Samsung have now lodged objections to nanocos evidence. I assume this is all legalese, as they basically object to every single piece of evidence and use the same stock phrases over and over, including that evidence 2046 by Brandi Cossairt is inadmissable as "This item is inadmissible because the opinions therein were not formed by a witness who is qualified as an expert by knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education."
PATENT OWNER’S NOTICE OF DEPOSITION OF MARK A. GREEN, PH.D.
I noticed nanoco have filed this on 15/07 to be heard on 29/07

Edisons note is up. It has a bit of extra info.
I do wish nanoco would align their financial year with the calendar year it would be much easier to work out what's happening when
I note that plessey make horticultural lights under the rather unfortunate hyperion name. I wonder if nano can persuade them to use quantum dots? Below suggests Apple will use 3d rear camera from 2020 which may fit with the timeframe from Runcorn, although it suggests they will use sony sensors https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.scmp.com/lifestyle/gadgets/article/2184927/iphone-get-3d-camera-upgrade-ar-push-apple-adding-laser-scanner-45 Separately if the us corp is Apple maybe nanoco can persuade them to look at plessey for micro led.
Thanks to astonedt on advfn Transcript: CFO Q&A with Brian Tenner at Nanoco Group PLC Obviously the same info as the audio but easier to follow http://bit.ly/2CUfHCv
Sorry if this has been posted before. I've only skimmed posts recently. There were lots of press links about the plessey deal but they all said the same basic thing. This link has a bit more info about the inkjet process they will use and jointly patent https://www.eetimes.com/document.asp?doc_id=1334167
