I will give you example am a gas to grid site that’s two years behind etc, mainly Covid and CM because it’s been built by Italy so could get them to come over, so you do get delays but like I pointed out we make the gas,,
To answer your question it can be down to a certain contract are not being available, reason being there is such a high demand for certain contractors to do certain items who are certified to do that particular work and to be able to pass it too, honestly in this Industry there isn’t many out there that can believe or not,, I genuinely think if angs could get things done tomorrow and gas to grid tomorrow they would but they can’t and things take time and working around suppliers and contractors and it’s as sample as that so anyone ****ging them off are in my option deluded because this is a massive project and and a good one too,,I think it’s best people wait till mid jan and then see where we are,,

Absolutely, the factory will not release the kit and till it’s a 100 per cent as all kit will have a minimum of 12 months warranty to it, nor would angs accept it neither, I had to go and do a few FAT myself, the only delays to this project is kit and it passing all the required and very Rigourous tests, even valves or pressure relief valves all go through the same thing,, I work with 37 bar pressure so things have to be a 100 per cent safe!

Am not a expert in that, as we make the gas ourselves, so we know what pressure we have and how much,, but this is what I will say they have had a CPR done and a competent person analyse this project and we have had 12 million of funding so I would say if the investors are happy to loan us that amount of money and trust me I know about the investors they go through everything with a fine tooth comb!, so I would say yes snd that angs might also be under playing and looking at over delivering just my option tho

I have nearly 40 thousand invested in angs, and ukog and wres, this company I think is the one to give a great return short term if honest,,
I genuinely think the reporting so far as been realistic, they are waiting on kit!, the FAT which means factory acceptance test will need to be done before it can leave so has to be a 100 per cent so when it gets to site you know your not going to get issues with that particular piece of kit, then you also need to do a SAT site acceptance test, and signed of by the commissioning manger, there’s so much paperwork involved as it’s a gas plant, then there will be the commissioning documentation to do etc, there’s loads behind the senses then just connect it all up and hope for the best the pressure test you have to do in the pipe work!, fir leaked and all sorts fir the flanges or any welds too, then slowly build up to gas to grid day,

To put it in a different way,, we have to make the gas from bacteria,, they have the gas in the ground ready to go, so two different scenarios,, and so much on site that can go wrong,, angs is lucky they have it sitting there ready to go to grid, and the company’s they are working with are really well Credit to companies, Honrywell is really well known too,, but I do think if no issues with connection and kit getting to site then we should be more then able to hit fed gas to grid date, they will do a lot of simulations using the flare stack etc first, and simulation of gas to grid too before gas to grid day, one thing that could trip angs up tho is calibration gases as there is a long turn around for them, but am there well in too of that if it’s the same process as ours to put gas to grid

This is what I will say,, angs have pulled of a master class in my opinion, and with gas prices being what they are it’s a very good project indeed,,
This will be a stepping stone for angs moving forward and once they prove gas to grid they will get a lot of credibility too, which will not go un noticed in this Industry, as you build a Reputation and get the right contractors on board to so becomes even easy moving forward with other projects!!,
As for commissioning,, well I work with anaerobic digesters, so we have the issues of Co2 and H2s too, they won’t have the same issues as us nor have a up grader neither!, just say a Elster or something similar, Siemens most likely for the gas to grid, add a little prophane and odant, and the calibration gases, but if angs are saying feb I would say mar as there will be things that need calibrating and I think it might be NGN who they will supply and there a bit of a nightmare with the ROV etc, but also angs have got all the kit FAT done before coming to site so just leaves a SAT, which if they have good commissioning engineers should be straight forward, as long as the high pressure Compressor is a good piece of kit too then it will be straight forward, what I will say moving forward angs will most likely get a CHP installed on site too at some point for the RHi etc, but what they are working with is pretty straight forward with the right people on board and I cant see them going past the dates they have said un less of deliveries!, or the gas analyses having issues which they shouldn’t if honest as they cost alot of money and good pieces of kit,

Honestly you are a very sad individual!!, you do nothing but try and bash this share ever day!!!, get a life and move on!!, and I also think you must be one very lonely person if all you can do is try and put doubt in people’s minds who have invested a lot of money to try and make a better life for themselves,, why don’t you go crawl back under a rock or something?, and also if angs are a little late with gas to grid date so be it!, I work in the gas Industry and commissioning and there is always unforeseen issues!, that’s commissioning for you!, but once it’s putting gas to grid it will work very well!, I know as that’s what I do fit a living ??

Do what I’ve done and filtered the ones who come on to this forum and do nothing but bash this company and have nothing to say other then negative comments!!, it just gets tiresome having to scroll through there messages!!, there just very sad individuals who must have a lot of spare time on there hands!!!,,

Something I can’t get my head around is all theses negative posts about the company being posted is why you all spend so much time on this forum??, for who’s benefit is it for?? Is it to stop people buying in??, or to persuade share holders to sell by putting doubts in there minds??, because that is what your doing!!, what I don’t get tho is this is people’s hard earned money they are investing!!, and if AAAG have a issue with the company that’s fine but to try and lose the average man his money is just a low thing to do!! And theses people have done nothing to you neither!!,
On another note have many of the people who post nothing but negativity!!, drive cars??, use planes to go aboard?? Have a TV??, laptop’s??, the lest goes on!! Yet will have a issue with a oil company at the same time!!, it beggars belief!!, and in the future I can see angs being a green company and moving away from oil gas,,

I asked in a different message the other day,, do you honestly think someone would buy up to 10% of this company for no reason or do you think GL has led him up a garden path?? Honest answers??,

Yesterday interview GL mentioned the solicitor are involved with the paper work send of things for the finance deal,, do you honest think he’s lied about that??,

And as for the share dropping I put that down to the delay in the finance deal,, am sure some brought in thinking it would be completed in February but now realise it could be end of March and moved there money else where till later March time,, and of cause all the bashing of this company isn’t going to help the share price neither!!,

And apparently am a cheer leader!! for this company all because I’ve only posted a few times,, am sure we all had a moment where we have only posted a few times too?, but basically I got to the point yesterday where I thought no I will defend my own investment and post something positive for share holders to read other then the rubbish that was been posted by a few and that there is people invested in this company that believe this will come good very soon,

You would think with all the negative post posted today about angs,,You would think they would be bailing out in quick time!!, but like you point out vey little volume to suggest that!!, maybe all them saying there selling there shares or we shouldn’t invest in this company or a pound land company or that it’s all just one big con!, have had a change of heart and decided to keep there shares after all

Is your opinion then that we won’t get the financing??, and that GL as led us up a garden path in regards to this?? or that things have changed and we have more people willing to invest in angs and that’s the reason for the delays in regards to the finance deal??,
What do you think I regards to the fact we have pre paid for certain items needed and pre ordered items too??, is that just for the fun of it?? and waste some money and just lie in the RNS too??

Do you think the person who recently brought nearly 10 per cent of the company did that on a pure punt??, a lot of money on a punt!!, how much have you invested?

Do you think the people involved in the finance deal have gone all this way with angs to say at the final Hurdle we aren’t giving you the money now??, and are going to keep letting angs release RNS’s saying we close to finalising the deal and too let the solicitors be involved if they never intended to loan us the money??,

and in regards to angs other projects am very happy with have a path moving forward with these and the action that’s required,, and that there is hope for all them to come good in time,,

Why would anyone sell now?, we are at a point where the finance deal RNS could come at any time,,
Could be as early as next week IMO,,
Also in the presentation released today is basically setting out a road map of the up and coming projects and potential timeframes,,
I work in the gas Industry and there is always delays even without Covid!!, and yes time frames have slipped,, but am sure angs will get there and once The financing is in place then it be full steam ahead,, and the real investors will understand and sit and be patient whilst the company is trying to do what it is doing,,and if you can’t be patient and wait then why not sell your shares and move on instead of the Constant bashing of this company??,
All I’ve seen today is so called investors putting down there own investment??, why do people even need to come on this forum and state they have sold there so called shares??, I wouldn’t I would just sell them and move on simple as,,
I think angs is going to be a good investment and the share price will be multiples of where it is today IMO,,
