I've taken a real flying punt on these which is against my better judgement, but too often in the past I've seen the market over-react to a cut in turnover/profits, and then once the news has been properly digested rise back really quickly. The way I see it at the current sp they have a yield of 8.1% and an interest cut tomorrow of probably 3/4 % will be seen as a good sign for the builders and will give Rok a boost pushing them higher. IMHO these should rise back short term but if they don't I'm happy to hold and take the divis for a long term investment

Complete over-reaction to todays results, the downturn was already expected and factored into the sp. as far as I'm aware there is no cut in divi and the co. has put in place cost saving measures. Only a brief synopsis as these weren't even on my radar but after seeing the plunge and doing a quick 15mins scan research I had to dive in quick before sp rallies . Just seems a no brainer to me at 36.75p with a now phenominal divi and still excellent profits

Enjoying the banter terribbly, I guess I should let you know my position on QTI really, and that is that I bought into these a couple of years ago at 2p and sold out at 2.2p when I should of got out at 3p only a few weeks earlier. I do retain a small interest of shares but would not add to these as QTI goes in cycles depending on the penny share tipsters who run out of penny shares to tip after a while and so return full circle. I had no faith in Tapia who spent years taking this co. nowhere, but did have a good product and hence there was and still is a marginal chance of it suceeding in someone elses hands. I don't agree that the market place for this product is ever shrinking as there is a whole wide world out there and while the UK market may become retracted emerging markets where the device can be fitted simply and effectively to old existing networks that are to expensive to replace wholesale, are where the Leakfrog should prosper. BUT for that to happen the co. needs to be driven forward hard and fast by someone or some co. much larger and hugrier than the current board of lagards. That's my honest opinion and while I do respect yours I would respect it a whole lot more if you weren't to continually post other peoples posts from other boards that could be in turn posts of others from other boards.

So you base your deep and indepth research on posts made by someone else on another sites forum, someone you doubtless do not know and have no idea of what there motives are . Maybe you should be acting as an adviser to the US Treasury with your deep investigative and unbridled intellect and understanding of all things buisness

I can't belive how dimwitted some posters are on this company, take Mark1 for instance, he posted that Halmas have a far better product than the Leakfrog already out there fitted. Halmas act as an agent for QTI and sell Leakfrog for QTI........There product is the Leakfrog !!! Does nobody bother to research anymore, no wonder there are so many out there losing money and crying into your cornflakes

One other point on ramping is that the only investors who really suffer from ramping is those lazy and gullible investors who look to make a quick and easy buck without spending time to undertake there own research

I belive that there is an awful lot of ramping that does indeed occur on the various boards. However , I consider ramping to be based purely on suppositon , and not material facts which is what we are trying to confur here. The ramblings on some boards are full of hot vapor declaring this share or that share will be worth x amount in days, weeks, or months without the poster assertaining a valid resoning behind there inflationary declaration. FWEB may rise they may indeed fall, I don't claim to know what the sp will be at anytime in the future, but I do appreciate any researched viewpoint, that I may or may not absorb into my own, so that when investing my own funds ; never borrowed ; I will have a good full and well informed viewpoint of the companies current standing.

Reading recent posts there are some big contract wins soon to be announced ! and the share placing for which private investors were ommited the opportunity to acquire discounted shares which incidently diluted there original holdings was to raise capital for the expansion of production !! Why does the city not pile into QTI ? Why are the directors not buying ? Why is the sp diving with such great news on the horizon ? ............. I'll keep my shares out of spite and as a lesson to myself never to invest in a company with Co-Co the clown at the rudder

To be honest with you I trimmed my holding slightly last week as I was up on a batch that I bought at 38p on the day Avgol officially pulled out and the sp dived. There is something here that keeps me interested, not really sure if its stubborness or the intrinsic excitement of knowing like you stated that this could be 98p or 28p or indeed anywhere inbetween come the half year results. I will probably buy more if they fall below 38p again, because as you have rightly stated previously the sum of the parts is circa 150p per share.

Dayan in the short space of time that he has been at FWEB has now purchased shares in the company with a value of almost 1/2 million quid . If he's confident ; and he sees the books every day ; then so am I and will be adding again soon .

I topped up as you may be aware on the day Avgol pulled out and the sp accelerated southwards; and not just out of spite ; as I see far greater value here than that which the Avgol deal would have brought. I swear that's the last time I shall mention the Israeli time wasters. I've said before that things do seem to be turning around since the new CFO came in and they seem to have flushed out all the bad news in one go with the last results which the market at the time seemed to appreciate. I think that the subsequent recovery from the low 30s of a couple of weeks back probably still reflect this. Like you the sale of Bidim did not on the surface look like the best of things to do, but I belive that the extra funds it will provide will aide cashflow which should in turn generate greater production which I belive I read was good at present. All in all I remain confident that these will rise with good news on the continuing recovery or as I suspect will be taken out by a larger American competitor.

We've been hearing about these big deals going on in the background for far too long now with no solid orders signed off. The thing that has hacked most investors off is why wasn't there a rights issue if things are rosy, let the private investor in on additional discounted shares , instead of desimating our holding with the rns!!

I found nyself compelled to top up at 37p the other day, as I think there is a definate recovery story here, and feel the current sp leaves the company undervalued , but that's just my view and not really worth much as I dithered many times about selling at 70p but never did. On the subject of director buys, there was a raft of them about Sept last year when the sp was around the 50p mark, they may not have been huge buys but the senior management have tried to support the sp far more than at some other companies I trade in.

there is a whisper going around that after seeing this latest bit of inspirational business from Tapia that RBS , NRK and Citigrouop are all fighting it out for his signiture for a top job at one of there places.................making tea.....mind you he'd probably manage to cock that up !!

Once again that buffoon Tapia shows his utter distain for private investors by giving no warning that he was going to further dilute our share holdings without giving us the opportunity to buy at a penny. I would use much stronger words than buffoon but they'd only get edited out by site. This pathetic individual has ramped his company up to investors, dithered and dithered and then dithered some more about the launch of leakfrog before finally launching it with the fanfare of it " being on trial withmajor customers for 3 months " with ordes expected to follow ! that was in Sept last year , 8 months ago. Some people are lucky and win the lottery , Tapia just set up this turkey and sucked us all dry. Mnths ago it was asked by many on this board why the big institutions didn't come in .......Now we know why

Sp is back now to where it was in Dec. before t/o talks when the company was in a real mess and had been bobbing along the bottom with everyone aware that there finances were in a complete mess and to compound this they had no CFO. What a terrible state to be in ! However since this and forgetting the joke offer from Avgol, the company sought the services of a highly rated CFO put out there results with all the dire news out in the open and have set about turning the group around. FWEB do have a range of very good and respected non woven products and to see the sp at the same price now as it was 6 months ago is quite comical imho. I've topped up strongly at these levels as I feel they should rebound well in the coming weeks

Avgol may be gone ; some may say about time too; but it's good to see that Sterling Strategic Value have faith in FWEB as thay have bought up over 5%

I totally agree in that the one thing that shareholder want and deserve now is a statement from the management.
