it was in an email to me, but I know I've heard the same phrase used in one of his presentations....

a sight lull today (certainly in the Chat) or are we just waiting for the US to come in again?

with you there BD - I am happy to buy at 18 though. I sold at 27 and saw it continue up toward 28, but obviously feel ok about the decision now

having got out at 27, I'm now poised over the Buy button again - hard to sense how much of the movement today is collective hype, and how much just reward for great research....

no need to stop posting, but let's move the discussion on - in fact, let's hope the forthcoming clinics announcement moves the discussion forward for us...

wynd, you keep harping on the same theme. The point is, there is a big event coming, and after that, another big event (takeover). The SP is not relevant at the moment - once the news is out you will be able to decide what SP level you are satisfied with - doing it now you are simply plucking numbers out of the air. It is true that many of us are in good profit, but that is because Jupiter sold about £20M shares for whatever anyone would give them - it was not a true base price.

you are still thinking about conventional shares wynd - Angle has nothing to justify its SP apart from the Parsortix IP (the widely peer-reviewed IP), and the value of that IP would likely take a few years to reap benefits, but, as many have noted here, there is a very strong likelihood that a takeover offer will come in post-FDA approval, and takeover offers tend to look at value 5 years hence, so this could propel the SP from £1.50 (your £3 or £4 is not realistic IMO) straight to £4 without passing GO.

each share is different wynd - Angle's momentum is induced by the prospect of FDA approval (which unlocks a huge annual market - £8B +, hence a MCAP well North of £4), supported by imminent Pharma news, clinic openings and new trials. All this is BRAND NEW for Angle, so there is no phasing, seasonality, sine wave etc to take into account. The current Angle is, in effect, a De Novo share.

all the sells this morning are buys (I know) - pressure building, though quite why it is possible to sell for a higher price than we can buy remains baffling - anyone able to shed light on that? Run up to Pharma deal announcement next week?

I can claim ten years wynd! first bought around 25p, then bought more at 40p - got spiked 5 years ago when I added at 80p, then doubled my holding at 41p last November. all good now, 51p average.

The Thought is Worth Sinking Fever - there was oversubscribed US support for a Placing at 60p, a number of US iis on board already (as Phantom rightly says), and a Nasdaq ADR waiting in the wings. Add to that the opening this year of the US clinic for downstream analysis, and I think you'll agree your "Britsyndrome' theory is a load of tosh...

the Grail product is years off, and as a first stage diagnostic tool, would feed cases to Parsortix for detailed analysis and capture

totally with you on the technology andypa, not so sure about the buyout - AN is not going to go cheaply, and I feel will do his level best to get it to Nasdaq first - the SP will x2 and any bid would then need to be so much higher...
