News due.

Signed sales agreement = +15/20% minimum.

H1 sand screen fitted and H1 production increased to circa 500 bopd = +25/30% minimum.

After H1 its unknown which well will be reworked first, H2, Gazelle or Gobi Bear 1 all three are drilled and cased wells mentioned in the AGM, no doubt MB will choose the well with the best pay back potential.

MATAD confirmed they are discussing JV/Buy out with three companies at least, nigh impossible to guess the impact if a deal is agreed but would expect a considerable increase in the share price at the time.

Petro Matad Limited, the AIM quoted Mongolian oil explorer, is pleased to announce the results of well testing operations at its Heron-1 oil discovery in the north of Block XX, eastern Mongolia, adjacent to the producing Block XIX, operated by PetroChina.

Highlights

·; Positive results of well testing operations at Heron-1 oil discovery in the north of Block XX

·; DST2 flowed oil at a peak rate of 821 bopd

·; Produced 46o API oil, without need for artificial lift or stimulation, exceptional for the Tamsag Basin

·; DST1 did not flow naturally but proved at least a 70 metre oil column in the well

·; Company will incorporate all data from the 2019 drilling campaign into rapid reinterpretation of Block XX in order to apply for an Exploitation Licence from the Government of Mongolia ..."

bit of advice - try some reseach before posting too much conjecture

Timkemspter , I think you must be new to Matd , more research needed. The well ( as you put it) has been choked back to 200 bd/day but flowed naturally at 821 bb/d . The PSC is very favourable. etc

You're quite right Furion, the milestones ahead of Matd are amazing and will each give rise to major re-rates.

Imagine locking this away until 2027 with Refinery opening and Sunsteppe locking in equity shares from several renewable projects !!!

Remember we have a 25 lease/ PSC backed by MG as " ...of National Significance " and a processing selling and export agreement with PC .

Wait till that sinks in and the money keeps hitting the bank account every month and watch how the SP just keeps going over next week or two !!!

This signed agreement with PC is a game changer and this fact will only sink in as we reduce the choke on H1 such that 200 becomes 400 and 500 , 600 , 700 etc etc
