Investor33 - JVs don't often involve up front payments . Normally ( well at least in commercial property JV's , of which I have some experience ) it's Matd put in the asset / land / resource and PC put in the capital and manpower at risk with the proceeds / revenue spilt 50/50 or 60/40 or 70/30 etc etc depending on the extent of capital input and negotiating strength of the parties

I never classed Doc83 as a paid stock basher , I always just had him down as a miserable " sob" trader !
