Reso, thank you for finding the evidence to prove Sbuild's point. It's a pity he gets defensive instead of backing up his claims with facts, as that would gain him much more respect.

In terms of the evidence, yes the director did say that and yes it's proven to not be true. But nobody can truly predict which way a stock is going to go, directors included.

As i said the other day, most investors know that Icon is a big risk, but it could potentially return high rewards.
These are the risks we take to succeed, some will pay off and some will not.

I've been stung by this share in the past, bought more at 0.017p when Magnus was hyping it up. But instead of having a cry about it every day i freed up funds from elsewhere, brought my average down here and then top sliced when it spiked up again. I'm not at an average which i'm happy with and i will proceed as so.

I know not everybody will be able to buy more on the dips, but it's the only thing i can recommend as you don't have many other options, besides selling on a loss which i'd pretty much never advise to do (unless the company is literally going down the pan).

Had another top up today, very happy with my holding before results.

Just totted up the buys vs sells.
LSE is showing £16.7k sold, £18.25k bought,

Going off the order book, £14.6k sold and £28.4k bought.

Can this be down to LSE’s dodgy algorithm, or are MM’s trying to be deceptive?

But my point still stands, 0.012p is far from an all time low figure.

If you think that 0.012p is an "all time low" then you clearly weren't here when i first bought in 6 months ago at 0.07p.

Looking on the monthly chart you can see the 2nd shoulder forming for a head and shoulders pattern.

I'm expecting another big drop for BTC this week, but don't take my word for it.

I imagine it'll show up after hours, it seems that the MM's are collecting shares ahead of the assay results dropping.

If i can get another buy in below 2p then i will.

Why are some PI's selling today? More than likely at a loss. I understand some people may need money today so are prepared to take the hit, but this really isn't the share you want to be taking a loss on.

Lady Alice Mines have been granted 31m shares at 2.4p, which we're still comfortably below.

CM has been granted 1.33m shares at 1.5p upon completion of Stage 1 of the Wudinna Gold Project.
Which in itself gives me great confidence in this tiny company as the director has shown great managerial and leadership skills so far and now has another incentive to succeed. Also it's extremely unlikely he'll be looking to sell any of these shares in the near term.

Results imminent, so again, why sell for a loss today?

I agree B009, Icon can go both ways in a flash. You've got to get your timing right if you want to make a quick buck or bring your average down for a LTH.

This is one of those shares that can turn from red to blue in an instant.

Current share price is a steal for anybody looking to trade or hold long term.

I think all people invested in Icon know it's a bit of a gamble. It's one of those shares that could easily go down the pan, or come into fruition and make everybody rich.

In terms of an FCA or possible suspension, I think this is unlikely.
Can you give some specifics on why you, or the other trader on ADVFN, may think this is the case?

So they own approximately 1.8m oz, which is still currently in the ground.

I’ll do some reading up this week to get a better overview of the company and determine a timeframe for them to turn the gold in the ground into cash.

Just wondering if anybody has any comments on the gold play table uploaded to Twitter earlier today which states that Bezant has 9.7m oz of gold with an mcap of just $9m?
